Lovely hotel in a great location. Metro at the end of the street, staff are really warm and helpful, breakfasts are lovely. Bar is a really nice space to relax.
Mattresses were incredibly firm and so were the pillows. It would be lovely to have the option of softer pillows if possible. But that was literally the only complaint.

Clean, great bed, beautiful room. Perfect location.
There was no air conditioning! I couldnt believe it ! They say it was winter and they turn them all off. Only fan. but the temperature was in the 60s and 70s. I was hot at night and had trouble sleeping. They were very gracious and gave us a free wine or beer at their bar but I will not stay in a place I cant control the room temperature. This is a 4 star hotel! Not a hostel. I was disappointed.

The lighting in the room. You have to put your key in the wall to turn the lights on. Also the motion signal in the armoire
