Loved the location. Staff were very friendly. The cleaners did a great job replacing towels and coffee pods every day and making up the room. Loved the toiletries provided, smelled really good.
Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve experienced. We both struggled to sleep, ruined our vacation. Bed was rock hard and the base was so wobbly every movement my partner or I made was amplified. Rooftop terrace was pretty for a quick view but you can’t stay too long because of the bad smell. The breakfast was super basic for a 4 star.

The room was very spacious and clean. The L'Occitane items in the bathroom were a great touch! The location was close to several stores, so food was easily accessible. The staff was very pleasant, professional, and provided all of the information regarding our stay that we needed.

This boutique hotel was stylish and modern, yet did not sacrifice an iota of comfort. The terrace was lovely, as was the full breakfast. Our room was so comfortable and the bathroom felt luxurious. Quieter neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, with quick metro access to see the sites. Would stay here again.

The room was a decent size with a chair and lots of space. The bathroom was a decent size. The toiletries were excellent especially the body lotion. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of things to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a roof top lounge
the range of cocktails provided was limited and when I asked for something else, I was told they don't have the ingredients. Menu in rooftop lounge was very limited.

The beds were super comfortable (including our large dog’s bed). Everything is very tasteful. The roof restaurant/bar was fantastic. Definitely the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in, in a city location.
Not sure. If only there was a coffee machine in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel, room, and location are all comfortable, especially during the heat. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, especially the staff who made sure to let me know what was on offer. Able to accommodate when small changes needed to be made.
Nothing, my only comment would be that the mattress was a little firm, but that's about it.

Well designed interior. Very kind and helpful front desk.
Only criticism I have is that the bathrooms here have very thin walls, which seems to be the new norm with hotels. If you have anxiety about others hearing you use the restroom then just be aware of that…otherwise no complaints.
