A 10 euro charge per night for something called a Matrimonial Premium . Never been charged this before , only noticed on arrival home. No mention of charge on original booking. What was this for ???

Very convenient location
Window from the room had no view, it was on second floor and I was afraid to open it. Looks scary. For the price I paid it should be better location/ view. We asked to change the room and next day they offered us different room. One more thing, apparently you need to request an iron. Even I called the receptionist, they brought it but next day it was taken away. One night there was no hot water to take a shower. I was trying to call receptionist...busy line, no answer. I went downstairs...no one at the reception. Then girl just saw me looking for someone asked me what I need. After explaining about hot water situation she told me that there is a problem. It wasn't a professional way to hold the situation .

The property was a little further away from tourist attractions than I had thought. Expect approximately 35 min walk.

It was a nice hotel, clean and comfortable with great staff who were super friendly. The room was nice and beds comfy. We didn’t get to see the terrace sadly as the weather was awful and we hoped to see the live music but the pianist couldn’t get in due to the weather, but other regulars in the restaurant noted how good it was.
Nothing I didn’t like but 2 things which would make it better. Having some English breakfast tea available at breakfast time and slightly brighter light in the bedroom - it was quite dark.

The bathroom door doesn’t lock and has a gap of about 5 cm. It’s really not very comfortable when you’re sitting on the toilet, as you can hear everything from outside.
