The room was very nice, the stuff was incredibly helpful and kind. We liked the location, the hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere was elegant.
We would have appreciated to have slippers in the room, but it was clean and warm in the room so we managed perfectly without them.

- Great location, 10 min walk from Praza de España and with Metro 2 min away - Staff were all incredibly nice and spoke perfect English - Room was spacious and comfortable with no noise from other rooms
- They have a great terrace, but no bar service upstairs … you had to order in Floor 0 and bring everything yourself
