Close to all the lively areas.
There is a receptionist—I believe his name is Luis—who is unfit for the tourism industry; he does not even know the meaning of respect for others. When the air conditioning wasn't working, his response was simply that it could be fixed tomorrow—despite the very high temperature and humidity in Barcelona. I urge the hotel management to evaluate this employee.

I liked the hotel and location of it was great! I could walk everywhere. Also it was nice yo have breakfast in the morning.
The room was a little hot. I am not sure if it was air conditioner there. When I was going to the hall or to cafe to have a breakfast, it was much cooler

Property is very uniquely set up and is within walking distance of old town area.
It has charm within a remodeled old building, making you feel cozy and at home.

Cleanliness and staff were amazing. Breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious. Location is superb. Staff, especially the lady with dark long hair (sorry I don’t know her name) was very kind and helpful. Also another gentleman went out of his way to help us dispose of our large trash

Location is ideal, just off Ramblas and next to the main square. Easy walking distance to gothic area. Offers a great breakfast.

was extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location was excellent, and everything was very clean and well maintained.
I arrived about four or five hours later than expected and had informed them that I would be arriving late. They were incredibly kind and waited for me, even helping me with my check-in at around 2 a.m.
The breakfast, cleanliness, location, and service were all excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is wonderful. All members of the staff that I had contact with were friendly, professional, and helpful.
I am an early riser and they only have instant coffee before 7:30. Very tiny problem.

What I liked most about this hotel was its excellent location. It is conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city, and many popular attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, which made my stay even more convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located place to stay.
