Wonderful
The location was perfect. Very close to La Rambla and Plaça Catalunya. The staff were welcoming and could speak good English, so there were no problems with communication. I was travelling alone, so the room was very spacious for me. It was nice to see the room cleaned daily and towels changed. Although I wouldn't say dated, I do believe the rooms could do with a little renovation to match to modern style of the reception and breakfast area. There was free wifi which never had any connection problems. Breakfast was extremely good, but considering the price of the stay, I wouldn't expect less. I would definitely recommend and I would be happy to stay again!
I wish the rooms were as modern and stylish as the reception and breakfast area. The rooms also need better sound insulation, as I could hear my neighbours and the street outside quite easily.

Location was ok,
It is not value for money. The room was basic, amenities were very limited to 2 small bottles of all in one detergent and soap bar. No complimentary water . Sound proof was bad, we can hear the noise from the people dining / drinking near the hotel.

Location was excellent. Staff was so helpful. Breakfast buffet was great, good value. Fairly large public areas so if you need a place to chat, very good.
Side street off La Ramblas, very convenient!

Excellent location, good breakfast and clean rooms. Good wifi connection. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. Taxi is available and metro stops are within walking distance.
Size of the rooms is small and no cupboards make storing luggage and other stuff a bit difficult. No coffee machine in the room. One has to go to the restaurant to get coffee or water everyday.
