The staff was very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone was very kind to my husband and I. They made the begin of our honeymoon really special and the location was amazing!
The room we were in was really noisy and you could hear the other room next to us, which was a family with younger kids. They also put us next to a staff elevator and it was really noisy through the day and the morning. That was my biggest complaint from the trip.

The most accommodating staff I have ever encountered in over 50 years of travel. This made our stay extra special. Also we loved the contemporary feel of the hotel, the excellent location, and the delicious food in the restaurant. We could not have chosen a more perfect accommodation in wonderful Barcelona!

Staff & accommodation was outstanding! Great breakfast, dinner and roof top bar was top notch! Location to Gothic quarter perfect for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and rate 10/10.

Everyone who works here was efficient, professional, warm and welcoming. They anticipated our needs. It felt like they knew us and wanted to ensure we had the best sooo Ike experience in Barcelona. The breakfast was excellent and Sandra could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The reception desk was perfect, Agustina, Pablo, Bard and Robert were amazingly cheerful and solicitous. Robinson of FMB was also super.
We will get a larger room next time but it was a very nice room if we had been in a shorter trip and had less luggage. We were travelling for several weeks and packed more than usual.

Amazing cosy boutique place with tons of attention to your comfort and personalization. Breakfasts were delicious, i loved how my kid was treated. Rooftop bar is always a joy. Cleanness and well-working rooms + superb noise protection. 5 stars +
None, this is amazing place and please do change noting! Okay, maybe learn espresso tonic receipt in the bar for summer coffee junkies like us, but this is super minor :)

Beautiful hotel, room was very comfortable and service very personal and attentive, little touches like the water and sweet treats in the room each evening deliver that something special. The staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly. Location was fantastic.
Only thing we would have liked to have in the room was iron/ironing board, otherwise it was perfect!

There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Traveling as a solo female, I felt safe and welcome every time I entered the doors. The location worked out well for me and was central to the metro and everything I wanted to do. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and anything I needed was provided quickly (honey for tea, fresh linens). But the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were all really wonderful and helpful. I have to give special recognition to Daria and Carla. Daria was the first person I met when I arrived. She checked me in (I was able to get into my room much earlier than check-in time), and she offered me a tour of the premises. She also sent me a list of restaurant recommendations, which I appreciated. She immediately made me feel like I'd made the right choice in booking Serras. Carla is also fantastic. When a taxi driver overcharged me, she looked into the matter and helped me get a partial refund, and this was AFTER I'd already checked out of the hotel. People who will go above and beyond for you after you're no longer a guest, that is something I will never forget. I can't thank them enough.
The only negative was that I could hear other guests walking around sometimes because of the wood floors in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so I'm extra sensitive to noise, but it wouldn't stop me from returning.

Anyone can have a pretty place, so to speak, but not anyone can have GREAT, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff !!
