I have travelled to Barcelona many times, but for the first time I felt welcomed not just as a returning guest or even as a friend, but as family.
From the very first moment — assistance with parking, the smooth and warm check-in process, and the personal introduction to the room - everything felt genuinely attentive and heartfelt.
The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. The breakfast was exquisite: beyond excellent taste, even the simplest omelette was presented as a small work of art.
A truly memorable stay. I will definitely return.
What didn’t I like?
That we stayed only two nights. Next time, we will definitely come for much longer.

We love everything of the Serras Hotel, the place is so cozy, warm, intimate, bright and elegant. Really, it has been a pleasure for us to stay at this hotel were the ambiance is truly great.
Every furniture, linen, glasses, accessories show class and great taste.
The place is absolutely clean, the owners and all the staff are so nice, sweet, polite, friendly, cooperative, attentive etc. All of them are ready to go the extra, extra, extra mile in order to make their guests, feel valued, appreciated and cared for.
My husband and I highy recomend the Serras Hotel as the best place to stay in Barcelona.
This hotel exceed all expectations.
There is nothing that we didn't like.
We like and love everything.
My husband and I are so thankful to the propietors and their team for everything they did for us, since sending to pick us up at the train station until ensuring that all our needs were satisfied even without asking.

Very cozy and quiet even though it’s next to a road, the noise cancelling from the balcony doors is very good. Staff was very accommodating and I like that it’s a small hotel.

Could not praise this hotel more highly. Comfortable room with excellent bathroom and shower. Superb location looking over the marina with a lovely rooftop terrace and restaurant.friendly and attentive staff. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. I
