I’ve stayed twice for work and I can confirm this is one of the best 5* boutique hotels in Barcelona. Service and attention to detail is unparalleled, from remembering what night time tea i wanted to taking only a few mins to attend to any requests. Food is fantastic and the rooftop is a little gem. Location is perfect for both leisure and work.

From the moment we entered Serras it felt like home, the staff were all unbelievable and couldn’t do enough for us. It was nicely decorated and styled, beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, fresh cold towels and champagne brought to us on arrival. Lovely big rooms with GREAT air con system, separate shower cubicle and toilet with two sinks and areas for a couple. The bed was comfy, the towels were extra large, our room was turned down each night with a little cake, slippers and dressing gowns. Carla and every one of her team is absolutely outstanding and gave superb customer service. They made the effort for my Fiancé’s birthday putting champagne, a cake and birthday card in the room. The location is close to the marina which is lovely if you want to take a slow walk and view the yachts and sunset. The gentleman on reception I nicknamed ‘El Comida Hombre’ (The Food Man) gave us brilliant recommendations for authentic and home cooked Spanish food. One of the days I didn’t feel too well and was brought water and a cold fresh Coca Cola without asking. Everyone of the staff took the time to treat us like royalty and we genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere in Barcelona! In fact …. Just pick the whole hotel and staff up and drop them off at our next holiday destination!! THANK YOU SERRAS for giving us an amazing three day break

I have travelled to Barcelona many times, but for the first time I felt welcomed not just as a returning guest or even as a friend, but as family.
From the very first moment — assistance with parking, the smooth and warm check-in process, and the personal introduction to the room - everything felt genuinely attentive and heartfelt.
The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. The breakfast was exquisite: beyond excellent taste, even the simplest omelette was presented as a small work of art.
A truly memorable stay. I will definitely return.
What didn’t I like?
That we stayed only two nights. Next time, we will definitely come for much longer.

We love everything of the Serras Hotel, the place is so cozy, warm, intimate, bright and elegant. Really, it has been a pleasure for us to stay at this hotel were the ambiance is truly great.
Every furniture, linen, glasses, accessories show class and great taste.
The place is absolutely clean, the owners and all the staff are so nice, sweet, polite, friendly, cooperative, attentive etc. All of them are ready to go the extra, extra, extra mile in order to make their guests, feel valued, appreciated and cared for.
My husband and I highy recomend the Serras Hotel as the best place to stay in Barcelona.
This hotel exceed all expectations.
There is nothing that we didn't like.
We like and love everything.
My husband and I are so thankful to the propietors and their team for everything they did for us, since sending to pick us up at the train station until ensuring that all our needs were satisfied even without asking.
