Exceptional
Room was big and very clean, with all necessary amenities. Staff friendly and very helpful in offering suggested restaurants / bars nearby and assisting with travel arrangements. Breakfast was good, lots of options available & location of the hotel is great, with plenty in the surrounding area and easy links to Metro / buses etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is such a bad choice. It looks like there is a bathtub in the photos but there isn’t. I called before booking and the lies about what they had to offer didn’t stop even when I got booking involved. They did a bait and switch by offering me one room and then saying it wasn’t available anymore when I got there. This happened twice and they were extremely rude. Also, the room has so much outdated technology for the lights. It’s so bad.
Nothing I liked based on their lack of customer service and dated rooms.

As a solo female traveller I felt safe. Location is amazing, bed is nice and big, room itself also spacious.
The bathroom didn't have proper doors. The room was also very dark and the lighting in the room rather interesting. Couldn't fully figure out all of the buttons.

Room was spacious for Barcelona - good view of the park below. Pool and rooftop were an added bonus. Excellent central location.

Friendly Staff and ease of check in and out.
Friday evening noise from the back courtyard, talk to the front desk the next morning to make sure they were aware of the issue. Second night was quiet.

Good location. Very welcoming staff from the reception. We had to change a room because of noise and other issues with the room and the staff was very cooperative and helpful.
The sound proving system is bad. The first night was towards the street and was terrible. And the room has other issues, like a broken button for flushing in the bathroom, and a broken light that needed fixing. But the second night was nice because we managed to change to another room.

Good location and friendly staff
Could not see outside of the windows, glass had a pattern applied for privacy that blocked the view. Just a water kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine
