The furnishings, amenities (refrigerator and microwave), climate control, lighting, maintenance, cleanliness, hot shower and water pressure, location (safe, upscale area very close to metro station, shopping mall, cafes, the beaches and the sea, and Alcampo supermarket), polite, helpful staff, rooftop terrace with great views.

Room was amazing and they were able to accommodate us at an earlier check-in time. Big mall right in front of hotel. Breakfast buffet and Echo restaurant was great. Beach nearby and tram right in front of hotel for easy moving access.
My only thing was the pool not being open on time. They told us it opens at 9am and we had to wait 45 minutes for them to open it.

The room was spacious have cups, fridge and microwave.
Area is decent have to travel into Barcelona centre.
Hairdryer didn’t work- staff came up to help when called but never returned when he said he would come back and fix it
Can only use spa if u pay
Shower water kept going from really cold to boiling hot when showering
No choices on TV- remote worked on and off
Taxi driver informed us the if u walk right when the face the front of the hotel it’s quite dangerous but if u walk left its all good and the train station is that way as well.

Breakfast was fine. The night / 24h reception too (Mr. Jordí) at 03.00h when I arrived was extremely helpful.
Great Gym and Spa
The breakfast was fine over expectations. Unfortunately both the waitress were unhelpful never smiled and did not let my Catalán coworker get into the breakfast room for a chat while I was having breakfast which is ridiculous.

- Area: not central, but pleasant, well-connected, with a mall right in front of the hotel
- Large, modern, and well-maintained property
- Spacious room with many amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, and even a microwave

Room was clean and spacious and beds were comfy. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were very helpful. Taxi drive wasn't too long or expensive to get into the centre.
Bathroom under the sink was dirty even after they cleaned the room, the safe was broken and locked our stuff inside, however staff dealt with it promptly.

The heater was not working it was blowing cold and I asked many times to look at it but nobody bothered except for one guy at the reception who took a look and "thought that it was working so I asked for more blankets at least 2 times i was promised to get them but nothing ...they changed my room and the heater was not working in that room either so if you are a fun of cold that's a place you should go to

The location was good.
The room quality was very poor. The toilet door was broken, so we couldn't close it, and the shower was also broken, causing the water temperature to fluctuate constantly, almost burning my skin. The elevator sounds were so loud that they could be heard from the room. Although the staff was kind, the overall quality of the room was extremely disappointing.

Very Good
decent 3-4 star hotel in the Diagonal area if you need to be there. The hotel can use a refresh and better maintenance upkeep. Very decent gym facilities. Large shopping mall across the street where you can find everything you need.
