The owners who also manage the facility were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs from helping with luggage to recommending the best restaurants in town where the locals go.

Beds were hard, floor was dirty but it was cleaned, shower leaked and got the floor all wet.

Location not good as the taxi we hired from the air port wouldn't go down the street and we had to walk approx 2 blocks with our luggage up an incline. The second cab we hired after being out for the day also didn't let us off in front of the hotel, again had to walk.
A coffee pot in the room. A soap dispenser in the shower that actually dispensed some soap. Alot of noise at night.

It was very clean and close to everything. Walking was easy around the property. Dario checked me in and also helped with all my needs during my stay. And Javier!! Well let me tell you how there was a protest in the local square which caused several cancellations of my Uber. This man grabbed my suitcases and walked me down a few blocks away to make it possible to get a taxi. So wonderful of him. The staff is wonderful there. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. The room was spacious and comfortable. We added breakfast and dinner to our stay. We were not disappointed . The food was exceptional and our waiter at dinner couldn’t have been more wonderful.

Wonderful location in proximity to most sites. Right off of Las Rambles. The staff was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing for the price! Fresh orange juice and on the spot cortados, expresso, cappuccino. All from a fancy machine (no barista). The hotel was amazingly clean and smelled high end amazing!
The room we stayed in was small. The hotel is in the Hotspot for tourist foot traffic and loud most nights until 1am. The beds were like bricks and not the typical American double.beds. the beds were smaller than twin beds. Only enough room for one.medium adult body.
