The location is very good. Close to metro stops and located in the gothic quarter. Also the people working there were all very accommodating and smiling.
In the beginning we were given a room that had a very strong scent of mold. When we told the people in the reception, they didn’t seem to be surprised about it. But they immediately changed the room for us. I believe that since the building is old, they have issues with mold. But the receptionists helped us to solve the problem immediately. The new room was great.

Loved being in the Gothic Quarter
That the cooling was switched off. Our room was hot so we had to sleep with the window open. Have never had to do that before in a hotel.

Excellent location, spacious with quad beds (2 rooms), great heating and large bathroom with 2 showers/sinks. Helpful and friendly reception staff.
No tea-making facilities but there is a vending machines in the foyer for hot drinks.

The location of the hotel is ideal to explore the city of Barcelona - either by foot or by using the public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and well equipped.

Excellent location in the Gothic quarter! Bright welcoming entrance that was well staffed. Large elevators. Nice updated room that was a little smaller than I would have liked but very functional and had a great view.
Breakfast was good with MANY options.
Staff was very helpful. When we needed extra towels they were delivered to our room right away. Recommendations made for local restaurants. Offered to make reservations for events. When we had a problem the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Our last day in Barcelona there were very heavy rains. Our top floor room leaked which I totally understand given the age of the building and the amount of rain, but wanted to mention for completeness. The bright side was that we were able to switch rooms and everyone was helpful in making it happen.
