The beds were comfortable A/C adequate. Large bath with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very (buffet) good. Location was the saving grace.
Think of a cruise ship state room, except this was the opposite, the bath was LARGE but the sleeping and desk area was so small we had to wait for each other to pass before the other could move. Beds were 10" from the floor to ceiling windows and we get up during the night to pee so you had to be careful not to trip over the bed s.TV only worked for 5 mins at a time every time you turned it on. Desk chair completely blocked path to either second bed or bath, and they state that this room is wheelchair accessible.

Location is good. Few steps away from Gothic Quarter and La Rambla. Plenty of Restaurants nearby.

Great location for the Gothic Quarter and the Barcelona Cathedral. We only spent one Sunday night here but arrived early and the hotel graciously stored our luggage until our room was ready. We attended Mass at the beautiful Cathedral and then later were pleasantly surprised with a parade directly outside the hotel for the Corpus Christi celebration. The room was clean & modern, beds were comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet with many options in the wonderful original old world European basement.

The staff was very helpful. The Breakfast was good but can be improved. The fruit variety should be expanded. Watermelon and be added. Location is very good but the road side rooms are very noisy. It can be made sound proof.

The amenities are very limited, the location is not the best, very very noisy and didn't seem safe at night. The room was specious and the bathroom was comfortable.
Very poor breakfast and pastries were not fresh. The AC unit is not the best it takes a long time for the temperature to adjust. Surrounding streets did not look safe at nighttime especially travelling with kids. Staff is not very attentive.

Location of the hotel and the room look
I explicitly asked for a quiet room, but I was assigned to the noisiest room. There was ongoing construction, and the drill machine ran for 8 hours without stopping. I have recorded a video, but I am not able to attach it. I was able to hear such noise through my noise-cancelling Bose headphones. Really annoying and unprofessional Because of this, my score is this low; usually, that kind of construction is announced, and guests should be aware where to put the guests Otherwise, it would be 10, as everything else was perfect
