Loved the hotel and location - so prime. Hospitality was excellent. You made reservations for us at a restaurant next to hotel late night arrival with a discount. Made our tour reservations. Much appreciated.
What I absolutely loved was the water fountain. In every floor to fill our bottle of water. Such a great idea. Saving plastics and the planet.

We arrived early and were able to check in before the stated time which was very appreciated. Also a great location, staff were very helpful with train routes and information, several metro stations on the doorstep.
We could hear the occupants of the neighbouring room talking loudly of an evening, didn’t overly affect us but it was a tad annoying as it got late.

Love location and lobby bar. Very clean and enjoy bathroom robe and sleepers.
Room lacks practicality. Could use more bathroom counter space. Also, it could use some hanging hooks in bathroom and closet area. Hard to get organized. Too many bare walls that could be used for organization and decor.
