Great location, everything is close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant. A perfect place both to relax and to enjoy time with friends — definitely recommended
Unfortunately, a major downside is the noise from the air conditioning units attached to the building — it’s very loud when the window is open, making it difficult to relax. In addition, the view from one side of the balcony is blocked by metal installations, which affects the overall comfort. Even with the window closed, the noise is still noticeable.

Central location. Easy walk to best areas and restaurants
Limited space in room for luggage.
A lot of noise from the bar across the road. I paid extra for a balcony but it was so narrow that it was not pleasant to access. I wouldn’t bother paying more for a balcony.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right in the center, with plenty of shops open Monday to Saturday until 9 PM and many cafés and restaurants open on Sundays, making it easy to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time. Another big advantage is that there is almost always a taxi waiting right outside the hotel, which made getting around the city very convenient.
Everything met our expectations, and we have no remarks about our stay.

The Hotel was amazing, location was great, staffs where very helpful and they are amazing, thanks to everyone who accommodates us and make us feel very welcome and at home, thanks to Karen, Gabriel, and the rest of the team.
the small elevator has a smell coming from the sewer, and there is always a ramp in front of it which is not safe for people coming out from the elevator.

Very friendly staff & very accommodating to our requests. Also, it’s a great location close to plaza Cataluna & Las Ramblas! Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Barcelona!
