Location and charm
Elevator, gentleman at buffet not letting me inside to inspect the buffet unless I gave my room number. We wound up eating elsewhere

Location, clean
When arrived at 1, 30 pm room not available. Check in only 4pm. Rome was old, not renovated, hallway dirty, opposite room under construction and horrible noise. It was impossible to sleep, even staying in the room. When complained talled that daytime will be noise but after 7pm you could be relaxed. I complained, for 640 euro night I was not able to stay and sleep in the room, demanded cancellation and money back. I was transferred nice room one level lower. Room was renovated, clean, quite and comfortable.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Our room, whilst spacious, had a view obstructed by very ugly scaffolding from the building in front. This effected one corner of the hotel and really spoilt the hotel outlook. Such a shame as its a lovely building.

Location, location. Very close, very short walking distance to the Placa Catalunya, but located on a fairly quiet street. Very clean. Breakfast selection fairly good
Need extra towels to place on shower floor so it is not too slippery. Surface not enough traction, need mats for safety??

The property was very well located in central Barcelona it is a walking distance from what you need to see/access in the city. It is in a safe and family friendly neighbourhood. The staff who work and the hotel are lovely and the rooms are always cleaned.

Bathroom is small, small and incofortable vanity. Closet dont have door ( just Cortine) Doesnt have vanity in the room. Mini bar empty. Simple bouffet for breakfast .
