When we arrived, they told us there was no room for us. They said a guest had fallen ill and the room wasn't available. They sent us to another hotel.
They should have notified us before we arrived. We also don't know if the rate was the same. We went to the Jazz Hotel.

Bed was huge, the place was clean and quiet. It's well located, you can pretty much walk anywhere in Barcelona. Loved having no kids running around, kept it nice and calm. The breakfast was also good. the rooftop was a great place to hang out, we went up there most nights for a drink
Beware that the shower is visible from anywhere in the room, so privacy it tough if you're not with a romantic partner.
Also, my friend had some money stolen from the room. The hotel refunded it, so I'm not marking it as a negative score, but keep your cash in the safe or with you.

The room was really cool, the bed really comfortable, the breakfast very good, the Bluetooth in the room was a really cool feature!
The TV didn’t have the programmes for football matches, it didn’t have any programmes at all and not even the smart functions of the TV didn’t work properly. Better TV would be suggested.

The location is perfect, very close to a lot of restaurants and bus station. Also it is clean, staff is very friendly.
Photos are slightly better than reality, room is a little bit worn out (we had a superior double room), but clean.
