The position is perfect, layout of the room is good, quite spacious for a three-star hotel. Staff is wonderful.
Nothing in particular. We didn’t use the pool area in the end as there was no cover and the sun is too strong, would be good if they could provide some shade but otherwise everything was fine.

Roof top bar & breakfast room was lovely.
I was disappointed not to be offered glasses of sparkling wine on arrival as I had expected from other reviews. The wine & glasses were there but we weren’t offered any.
Cooked breakfast wasn’t very warm.
Coffee, teas & milk were not replenished & when I asked I was told to go to the 7th floor bar to ask. They didn’t have any milk. Reception gave us some later on in the evening.
I would have appreciated advance warning of the Pride Festival which was about 200m from the hotel. While this was interesting to watch flamboyant characters dressed up & enjoying themselves, the music was sickeningly loud at 1 in the morning. I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if I had known in advance. There were notices in the lifts but we only saw those after checking in.
We were given two cards for free drinks but when we ordered 2 gun & tonics, we were told we could only have wine or a small beer for free. This should have been written on the card.

Otelin konumu çok stratejik. Arc de Triomf metro istasyonuna sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında her şey var. Zaten dibinde muhteşem bir Elsa y Fred adlı restoran vardı. Barlar, cafeler, marketler, sokak lezzetleri, restoranlar, ne ararsanız.
Giriş yapar yapmaz odaya bir şişe geleneksel Katalan köpüklü şarap ikramı (cava) geldi, bu jest için çok teşekkürler.
Otelin çalışanları çok güleryüzlü. Sürekli iletişime açıklar. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte. Odalarda bluetooth hoparlör sistemi olması çok güzeldi.
Otelin şahane manzaralı bir terası var. Terasta minik bir havuz da var ama biz kullanmadık.
Odalarda mini buzdolabı olmaması büyük sıkıntıydı. Erkenden yanımızda götüreceğimiz şeyleri almak istedik (peynir şarküteri ürünleri gibi) ama sıcak hava dolayısıyla muhafaza edemeyeceğimiz için alamadık. Odada bir şeyler içmek istesek soğutacak yerimiz yoktu. Ayrıca odada sürekli su bulunmasını isterdik ama her seferinde sorup istememiz gerekti.
Ayrıca temizlik konusunda eksikleri var. Oda servisi her gün temizliğe geldi, havlular değiştirilse bile kirli havlu olduğu zamanlar vardı.

The panoramic city views from the top level/pool/bar etc... are amazing. Location is right near Arc de Tromp and very easy access to the all the Born district has to offer. Room was very quiet and clean.
The pool area is quite small and crowded. The pool itself is lovely to dip in and cool down but, at just 70cms in depth, its more of a paddling pool and not good for swimming.
