Lovely hotel near the gothic area of Barcelona. Friendly staff. Good standard of rooms, breakfast was very good. Small but nice roof top pool, more of a plunge one. No loungers but do have deck chairs, nice to relax in.
Beware when walking home at night, small groups of lads on the lookout for easy targets.

The location was excellent. Staff members were exceptional and very helpful! The room was very clean!
The beds and the shower/bathroom sink were basically in the same space and there was not much privacy. We were 2 friends so that was an issue because even though there was a way to move one of the mirrors to conceal the shower space, still there was not a lot privacy and also there was a mirror right opposite the shower (glass) door so that meant that basically you could be seen everywhere in the room while showering.

The location was perfect on the doorstep of El Born. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Some really nice touches like cava on arrival and special birthday treats for my partner that made the trip very special. The bar and pool were great! It's small, but it's ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms are a perfect size, has aircon, rooftop bar facilities and pool are brilliant
Nothing at fault of the property but high amounts of homeless sketchy looking people sleep/hang around at the front of the hotel in the square.

The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. It was spotless. The breakfast buffet was quite good with a very wide selection. The hotel has a very modern feel to it.
It lacked wastebaskets outside the bathroom. It was very dark with no nightlights so finding the bathroom in the dark was quite challenging.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.
We were given water and milk at reception when we enquired directions to where we could buy some.
Given 2 free drinks vouchers.
Given a bottle of Cava as my friend was celebrating her 50th
On departure they gave us chocolate.
I would not hesitate booking here again.
We stayed 2 nights after finishing a cruise in Barcelona.....2 nights is not long enough!

Great location, staff were fab. Loved having a pool to relax at in the afternoon before more exploring! Loved the speakers in the bedroom ceiling, what a fun addition!
