Frriendly and efficient reception team, comfortable, modern room, housekeeping and new towels on day two, excellent breakfast, great lounge/bar/breakfast room and small but welcome pool. Great view from pool deck and lounge.
Before I booked, I checked breakfast times, which were from 7:00, so it worked with our return flight, but it was in fact from 7:30, so we had to miss it. No a real problem, but as it had been so good, it was a shame.

The people at the front desk, the bar, the cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. They called a taxi for us bc we couldn't get an Uber xl. Then they were very helpful when someone in our party left her phone in the taxi.

The free sangria making was great, pool nice but small, comfy bed and quiet.
It was a bit more worn down then our last stay four years ago, maybe that’s to be expected but rooms may need a spruce up.

Otelin konumu çok stratejik. Arc de Triomf metro istasyonuna sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafında her şey var. Zaten dibinde muhteşem bir Elsa y Fred adlı restoran vardı. Barlar, cafeler, marketler, sokak lezzetleri, restoranlar, ne ararsanız.
Giriş yapar yapmaz odaya bir şişe geleneksel Katalan köpüklü şarap ikramı (cava) geldi, bu jest için çok teşekkürler.
Otelin çalışanları çok güleryüzlü. Sürekli iletişime açıklar. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte. Odalarda bluetooth hoparlör sistemi olması çok güzeldi.
Otelin şahane manzaralı bir terası var. Terasta minik bir havuz da var ama biz kullanmadık.
Odalarda mini buzdolabı olmaması büyük sıkıntıydı. Erkenden yanımızda götüreceğimiz şeyleri almak istedik (peynir şarküteri ürünleri gibi) ama sıcak hava dolayısıyla muhafaza edemeyeceğimiz için alamadık. Odada bir şeyler içmek istesek soğutacak yerimiz yoktu. Ayrıca odada sürekli su bulunmasını isterdik ama her seferinde sorup istememiz gerekti.
Ayrıca temizlik konusunda eksikleri var. Oda servisi her gün temizliğe geldi, havlular değiştirilse bile kirli havlu olduğu zamanlar vardı.

The staff here was insanely helpful, welcoming and nice! Clean rooms and loved how welcome we felt. Would for sure come back! In a great walkable part of the city.

Great location! Easy to walk to all the main areas/attractions. Hotel itself is lovely and rooms are nice and are a decent size. Soundproof as well so even if it’s noisy outside you don’t hear anything! Also free luggage storage which is super convenient.
I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
Inner courtyard terrace you can’t go out on as it’s super small but still nice to get fresh air and natural lighting in the room. Rooftop outdoor pool area also quite small and shallow pool but still lovely and would recommend but just to be aware of.

Perfect location for getting around Barcelona! It’s near some great restaurants, close to Metro and Commuter Train Stations, and just a perfect place to relax in between!
We stayed for 16 days, and they staff let us feel at home the entire time!

Very friendly staff, and everything was always clean. The room design was very practical. The hotel offered a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar, which we enjoyed on a rainy evening while taking in the beautiful view. It couldn’t have been better.
The only downside was that there was no refrigerator or minibar in the room to keep our water, drinks, and, most importantly, our medication cool. However, the staff kindly stored our medicine in their refrigerator whenever needed. Thanks to their helpfulness, it did not end up being a problem.
