Amazing place to stay. Great location, quite but still very close anywhere. Great stuff and very friendly. My mom just celebrated her 80 and they gave her wine and cake.

Beautifully designed hotel, with welcoming and cozy common spaces. Staff was very nice. We arrived at 12:00 and since it was too early for check-in (3:00) we left our luggage at the reception and went for a walk. Before 2:00 we received a call that our room was ready, which was very much appreciated since we were exhausted after the trip. We loved the amount of plants and the large artworks in the rooms and lobby. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous choice and variations every day, buffet style to which you could order extras like omelettes, pancakes, sandwiches. Do not miss the fresh juices, especially the green one. And be prepared to have a glass of champagne before you start exploring the city! On every floor there is a fountain with drinking water which also added a nice touch to the feeling that someone cares for your well-being.
Excellent location, a few steps from the Placa Catalunia, close to bus and metro stations, including the City Tour hop-on hop-off and Aerotravel airport busses, the tourist information centre, a round the clock small shop just across the hotel. The Rambla, the Boqueria Market, the Placa Reial, Casa Battlo are in walking distance.
Small details like window handle in the bathroom, and door handle to the balcony were kind of worn out and not closing well. Since the door to the balcony did not close properly, the sounds from the street were annoying, especially in the evening.

Staff was friendly. Front desk staff were excellent.
There was not a sign outside to show the hotel, just the name at the entrance door, I made a picture of the hotel area and I had to made another with soom to signal the hotel name.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable with plenty of space for my girlfriend and I. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect, we could walk or take a short taxi ride anywhere we wanted.

A true hidden gem. I booked the Pullman almost on a whim, overwhelmed by the number of options in the area, and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is spotless, the room and facilities are beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is simply amazing. A 10/10 experience; I’d happily come back.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Room size and crazy light switches. When one of us left the room, all the lights went out within a minute. One of us was caught in the shower in total blackness. Had to work two days with staff who finally disabled the automatic system in the room. It is a crazy system.
