The hotel interior was beautiful - much more elegant than the photos made it look. And lunch in their Greenhouse restaurant was excellent. The location was easy walking access to many major attractions, and felt very safe.
It was a bit noisy. The street was loud - hard to avoid when you're in the center of a busy area - and I heard the neighboring guests coming and going as well as housekeeping. This was not at all serious, a very minor inconvenience in an overall excellent stay.

I loved the location and the overall style of the hotel, it really matched the vibe of the city.
The main issue was the noise. The rooms aren’t soundproof at all you can hear conversations, music and doors from nearby rooms at all times and it’s even worse at night which makes it hard to sleep, I also had a very negative experience with one of the front desk staff, where I felt a sense of disrespect and even discrimination. However, the situation was completely resolved thanks to the amazing employees Sandro and Juan. They upgraded me from a standard room to a room with a balcony and took great care of me throughout my stay.

we could hear doors open and close, breakfast buffet was good, but not great.
Paolito and the bar was great. He was very attentive and definitely made out stay at the restaurant great.
Staff weren't as friendly as you would expect for a hotel of this class. Person at the door looked more like bouncers, no smiles and very limited English

Location could be good for some people who doesn’t care of noisy.
Too much noisy and staffs are not kind most of them.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable with plenty of space for my girlfriend and I. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect, we could walk or take a short taxi ride anywhere we wanted.

Lobby is beautiful bright and colorful artwork and architecture! We were greeted with bottle of champagne in our room. lovely balcony open street. Very Comfortable bed. Received free drink cards to use with signature drink at bar on main floor. Bartender was so friendly and introduced us to tapas restaurant around corner that was a perfect wind down spot after day of travel. We enjoyed rooftop bar for drinks after dinner too! Great vibe and moonlight views! Breakfast was plentiful with fresh buffet options and menu options if you choose.
Only complaint would be loud street noise overnight - so perhaps if that matters giving up balcony for another room, that would be my choice in the future.

Great location, cool decor, friendly staff.
Way to expensive given the price to quality ratio, very inflexible around their requirements, no possibility to manage reservation. Won’t be staying with them again.
