Location was good. Friendly and attentive staff and the breakfast was good with regard to selection and quality.
Room was a little small, no English speaking channels on the TV. No kettle in the room. The welcome screen on the room monitor was not updated with our name. Luggage was not taken to our room when we arrived early and left it behind the desk.

The location was within walking distance of all the sites, restaurants and transportation. The hotel had a nice energy about it, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

The hotel is situated in an extremely central location so super easy to get to most attractions on foot or via tube. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar which guests can access. The staff around the hotel were extremely lovely and helpful when we checked in & had any queries regarding the city or our stay. The rooms were spacious and we had a lovely balcony over looking into the Main Street which was great. Hotel were able to arrange a birthday gift as a welcome as we stayed for an occasion. Lovely touch!
The hotel has only two lifts which made it extremely difficult at peak periods to get up & down efficiently. The rooftop bar can get quite crowded with general public as its open to all so come early or reverse if you wish to visit the bar. The hotel had a super small fridge so we struggled to put our own items in there given it was filled with mini bar items. Maybe a larger fridge or less items could be a solution for this.
