The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were amazing to me when I left my passport in the hotel and only realised when I was already at the airport, they got it to me safely and I was able to be on my way. Great location and wonderful room. I loved my stay in Barcelona

Best hotel in my trip from 22 days. Big room with balcony. They let us checkin early when the room ready. Very clean and center location. 3-4 stops subway from every interesting point, train station, Sagrada familia, Barcelona cathedral and walking distance to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Not 1 star hotel but 4 star.

The location was simply unbeatable! Everything was within 25 minutes - museums, churches, markets, cafs - everything. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was dark and a bit gloomy, but I noticed some of the larger rooms had more natural light.

Location is amazing, hotel is completely new in appearance, spotless and great views.
There was a smell in the room on arrival as others noted but its from the municipal system so just open the windows and youll be fine.
