Fantastic location! Overall the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. It was great to be able to store luggage following check-out.
The staff were not particularly friendly nor welcoming across our stay. Our coffee was never refilled by room service and when we asked for extra coffee at the front desk this became an issue; we eventually were given more coffee which turned out to be decaf.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast area was very nice, with balconies and welcoming, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful, and they were happy to answer all of our questions. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
If you enjoy darker, more sophisticated interiors, you will probably really like this hotel. The dark tones create a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Personally, I prefer brighter, lighter colors, but that is simply a matter of personal taste.

It reallt exceeded my expectations! The room is incredible and it's facing passeig de gracia! Everything is pristine and comfortable. This will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Barcelona.

Location and the view were great, safe and convenient for sightseeing.
Reception:
The man at the reception kept sighing when guests arrive to check in, instead of smiling.... making the travelers regret about booking.
Very hot in summer:
No air conditioner was installed (or was it turned off?) in the cafeteria/breakfast area. It was too hot to enjoy a late breakfast, so recommended to eat by 8am... in summer.
Power outage:
Experienced 1/2 hour? of power outage on a hot summer day (35℃+), meaning potentially one could be staying with no air conditioner. Staying with a prepared mind could help.

The location was great. Right by La Pedrera and a few minutes away from Casa Batllo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was clean and the room was quite spacious for 3 guests.
There was a strong bathroom odor in the room when we arrived. It was summer, hot and once we left the window open for a while the smell disappeared. There was no need to move rooms.

the room was very spacious and clean. the view was over the Gracia street. the location was more than perfect close by to many attractions and shops. Fernando was very helpful and every time I asked for instructions on how to get to an attraction he took the time to print out the best transportation method to use and the area I need to reach. I felt very safe during my entire stay.
honestly value to what you receive is pretty great. location, staff and cleanliness were all great. my personal experience I didn't find anything I would want to point out as "needs fixing".

There was a large private balcony off the room which was the best part of the experience. The location was safe and upscale.
The front desk staff could have been more helpful. They were robotic.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, clean rooms. We were also very pleasantly surprised about the balcony our room had as we were not aware we would have one so that was a fun surprise
Our only “complaint” is that the bathroom door did not close. Thankfully I’m with my husband so it doesn’t matter much for us, but the door was fully misaligned from the door frame and the door had to be left unlatched

the location was perfect and the staff was very nice
after 23.00 the doors are getting closed there is no reception at night they gave a password for the door to get in and out at atfer hours, but it made us feel uncomfortable, not really safe

It was very central to everything. Had a close stop to the hop on hop off bus. Right next to the metro line, had expensive stores next to the hotel so I felt very safe.
