A really nice place! The place was clean, they change the towels and clean the room everyday. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and the room are spacious. The staff is very nice, they offered us all the information that we needed. The place looks exactly as in the pictures on booking. They don’t offer breakfast but you can have yourself some water and coffee/ tea from the lobby 24/7. The best thing about the place it’s the location, as the hotel is well very close to the main attractions in Barcelona, metro station and bus stops. We loved it and we strongly recommend it. It was above the expectations.

The minimalist design was really pleasant with very spacious, clean spaces. The room was clean, well-furnished, with a small balcony. The overall design of the hotel is very welcoming. Maggi was particularly helpful with all her tips on local places.

We had an unforgettable stay in this hotel. Tidy room, comfortable bed, convenient location with a walking distance to the touring apots. There's also a lovely garden outside the room where you can breathe the fresh air. Most importantly, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Really recommend?

This is a funny place, the rooms have been built in what was the courtyard, so to get there there are stairs up then down. Elevators are available. I liked that they have 24/7 desk where you can check bags before or after your stay. I loved their room for waiting with coffee, water, muffins. There is a gym. The room is very clean and the shower is wonderful. And the location was close to so much we wanted to see in Barcelona: the Gothic Quarter, Gaudi's houses, even the Sagrada Famillia was only a 25 minute walk. The staff was very pleasant. We will go back whenever we are in Barcelona
They can't do anything about the fact that there isn't any view. But with the thin curtains and the nighttime black out curtain, it's okay.

The layout of the hotel was a little labyrinthine at first, but it did not take long to get used to. The room location was great for sleeping as the room windows face the courtyard, making it very quiet for a hotel in the middle of the city. It was helpful to have a refrigerator in the room and the welcome gift was thoughtful.

Location is amazing, all attractions and restaurants could be reached on foot. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean hotel with relaxing smell. What I liked most is hotel architecture. I would like to thank Haz Arquitectura for presenting new concept of sustainable revolution that promotes physical activity and social interaction.
Bed mattress is too bad it caused me al lot of pain. It is ugly that one detail like this change this unique beautiful hotel into very bad condition.

Beautifully clean, peaceful room with soothing neutral tones and a minimalist design that felt both stylish and restful. Gentle ambient music filled the hallways, and the cozy common area offered complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, and water—a lovely, welcoming gesture. Fabio was exceptional: genuinely friendly, informative, and attentive, making check-in seamless and accommodating an early arrival after a long journey. The hotel’s central location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions, dining, and transit.
There wasn’t a single thing we’d change. Our stay was wonderful, and we’d happily return.

Location was perfect. Room was nice but basic, as were the hotel’s amenities, but it was exactly as advertised.
Only issue was there was a slightly chemical smell (bleach?) the first day, maybe from the cleaning products?

As a pre-note: We lived in Barcelona for 5 years before moving out of the city down the coast. We came into town to see a show at Teatre Tivoli and stayed here 1 night.
The room: Was simple, clean and quite spacious. Bathroom and Shower were really good with great pressure and temperature control. Our room had large glass sliding doors that led to our own small terrace overlooking an interior courtyard filled with giant Cactus which was just lovely. There are two nice chairs and table on the terrace to enjoy some outdoor time. It felt private and had great storage options for our clothes, along with small fridge and safe. The air conditioning was easy to control and worked exceptionally well.
Extras: They gifted us Cava for our stay which was a very special touch, and a nice bottle of water with glasses for both the cava and water. There is also a common area that provides very nice coffee, tea, water, and treats from 7am to 7pm which we took full advantage of.
Parking: They say they have a small parking spot in their building but it's very adequate for someone used to driving in the city. I have a smallish SUV and had absolutely no issue backing into the spot and having ample room between me and the car next to us.
Location: It's a perfect location, in the heart of Barcelona. If you are in for a show at Teatre Tivoli which we were, this is amazing. We also went to Paradox Museum around the corner for fun. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and transit close by. Passeig de Gracia is just a couple blocks walk over. We enjoyed the brunch restaurant across the street in the morning, and the evening before, we had a nighttime cocktail at La Whiskeria around the corner.
The pillows were a bit firm for my personal liking, and the bed...while it came with about a 1-2cm memory foam topper, the bed beneath was rock hard. If you were a very very light person this may be adequate but I'm over 75kg and found it very very hard. I will note that I'm used to a full foam mattress at home, so I do like a softer bed that relieves pressure points. This did not.
There was definitely some noise you could hear through the wall of your neighbours, but was quiet at the time we retired for the night, so this was not something we were impacted by but take note of if you go to sleep early.
