I love this hotel and have stayed here maybe 7 times. The location is excellent - easy walk to beach and right by metro and train. It's a no frills hotel, but the beds and pillows are comfy. It's quiet. I have never been in summer so have never used pool. The downstairs cafe is pleasant.
The waiter in the cafe is so overworked! He's the sweetest guy, so lovely and friendly, but he needs more support!

Location was close to many great restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly.
Room was small for two people, but we manage to make it work.

The location is excellent, hotel is less than 100 meters from the metro which is great for exploring Barcelona. Also just walking around in the area is great as the gothic area and old architecture is right there, and the beach section is close to the other side.
Beds and bedding were comfortable and rooms cleaned well every day.
