Wonderful
Perfect hotel for a weekend in Barcelona with my friend. Value for money was great. The location was perfect, right next to Barceloneta metro station and short walking distance to many lovely locations such as El Born, Ciutadella Park and Barceloneta beach. The hotel terrace was a nice plus and we spent half a day here sunbathing, dipping in the pool and enjoying cocktails. We had an awesome room at the 6th floor. The room was modern and clean with a double sink, perfect for 2 girls doing makeup at the same time. Our room was the only room on that floor and we had windows to 2 sides and sea view! It was very quiet despite the busy road below. We had a superior room and I know most of the rooms are much smaller with no view, just to keep in mind. We slept very well and the AC was working good so the room was cool. We did not have the breakfast included so I cannot comment on that. Would definitely choose this hotel again!
There was a weird humming sound in the night that sounded like it came from maybe some technical room or the AC, not sure, but luckily it didn't go on for the whole night.

I liked the location.
I could not stay in my room, I stayed in the lobby all night. There were cockroaches in my room and the hotel was fully booked so I could not switch rooms. I had to pack up all my stuff and just sit in the lobby all night so I payed for a room I did not even stay in.

Didn't have breakfast but enjoyed the cafe. Very helpful to be able to leave bags the day checking out so we could walk around easily.
It would have been nice to have had 2 bottles of bottled water in the room or a larger one. But generally the hotel was perfect for what we were looking for and good value.

The hotel has a wonderful location. There are a lot of things near by. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops. It is easy to get to. The staff was friendly and the room was very confortable.

Fabulous terrace, location fantastic for sight seeing and great area for bars etc.
Rooms very small, door into bathroom is not suitable as it has huge gap, so there is little privacy! Windows would not open which would be nice for fresh air, and to be able to see out to check weather!
