Perfect location. Close to all the things to do and see. Close to the Metro. Easy to get a cab from right outside the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Beautiful deck off of room with seating and tables. Beautiful bathroom. Great plumbing. Attentive cleaning staff. Wonderful little Cafe in hotel lobby.
The beds were very firm. It was hard to sleep comfortably. The power went out on our last night. The rooms were pitch black with no explanation from staff the next morning.

I would like to praise the staff for their excellent service. They resolved the issues during my stay very quickly and were extremely kind and professional throughout the process. The hotel itself was wonderful, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the staff’s effort to ensure everything was handled promptly and smoothly.

The room was horrific there was no view the beds where terribly uncomfortable, value for money was not even in the question, will not be staying there again

We had an amazing stay here with our friends
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome.
The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights fresh, generous, and exactly what you need before long days in the mountains.
But what made it special was the people. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can feel when a place is run with heart and this is one of them. The cake as well..
They really took care of us, supported our group, and made everything easy and relaxed.
If you’re coming with a group of friends, especially for hikes or retreats, this is the kind of place where you feel at home straight away.
