Excellent location (There was a supermarket and a metro station right next to the hotel, also near the beach). Also experienced staff, clean, comfortable rooms. and the terrace was really amazing

The location was good. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Rooftop bar was nice. One of the staff was great. Offered to take our photos.
There was an unpleasant smell on the pillows and blankets. Smelled like old baby formula. I also kept hearing an angry woman yelling in the middle of the night. Woke me up twice. Toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Staff was amazing and very responsive. Special shoutout to the cleaning women they did a great job turning our room while we were out.

This looks like a nice location when you look at the pictures - its not. Its not worth the money. There was no comforter/duvet on my bed, just two sheets. There was mold all over the shower. I will attach photos. The grout of the shower is supposed to be a greyish colour - its completely black with mold and dirt; there is grey in very small areas. My room had one tiny window above the smoking area, making the stay incredibly uncomfortable. The bed was like stone and the pillows had disgusting holes in the foam and inner cloth casing, most likely full of bacteria from other guests. To top this all off, when i needed to store my luggage the younger desk service person was very nice, but he seemed to have an older boss who gave me dirty looks as i was using the wifi in the lobby while i waited for my flight. I didnt say anything, i was not disturbing anyone at all but he stood in the corner behind the desk the entire time giving me glares. It made me so uncomfortable i left and saught refuge in the Mcdonalds next door rather than be there. You know your service is terrible when someone would prefer to be in a mconalds than your hotel lobby. DONT GO HERE! NOT WORTH IT! I also heard other guests having issues with their rooms as well. Gross, dirty and rude. Luckily the rest of my stay in Barcelona was nice, and i met lots of lovely people (just not really from this hotel - besides one young clerk).

The location is very good. Very close to everything. There is a very close metro station and easy to access everything without the need for taxis .
The staff is very friendly Rafael is very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was incredible, room was comfortable although bed was very hard (my husband loved it).
Property was somewhat noisy but that's to be expected in such a busy location. Rooftop pool and bar area was beautiful and fun. Front desk and breakfast staff were amazing and helpful. Location and breakfast were the highlights here.
One rooftop bar staff member was clearly not happy to be there any of the nights we visited. We observed him repeatedly making guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The other two more than made up for it and we mostly ignored the rude one where possible.

Staff was really polite and always attended us.
The toilet keep running and the main shower head water pressure was low. The rooms were not sound proof as they say they are and the balcony is barely 1 foot long.

We had a very negative experience at this hotel. Our bag was stolen directly from the lobby, right next to the reception, right after we arrived — we hadn’t even completed check-in yet.
The bag contained very important and valuable personal belongings, including a passport and expensive items, which made the situation extremely serious and stressful.
What was even more shocking was the reaction of the hotel staff. When we approached the receptionist for help, he was very aggressive, rude, and completely unwilling to assist us. Instead of helping, he told us that “it’s your problem” and that “you booked this kind of hotel.” He showed no empathy and did not try to help in any way.
We continued speaking with the same staff member about the situation, but received the same dismissive response. When we mentioned that we had insurance through Booking, he told us that it would only cover lost or stolen items inside the hotel room, not in the lobby.
We immediately went to the police and filed an official report. Despite the fact that the hotel has cameras in the lobby, we were not allowed to review any footage or receive any support regarding it.
There was also no visible security in the hotel, which is very concerning.
Overall, we felt unsafe and completely unsupported in a very serious situation. This is unacceptable for any hotel.
I would not recommend this place, especially if you travel with valuables.
