The area was great
Lots of noise from inside the hotel. Had to ask for coffee every day and then was denied more than once . Water was the same way.had to ask and was told no. No fridge and only instant coffee available

Location is excellent - really central to everything and relatively close to everything and easy to find - once been there once.

The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and having 24hr front desk staff was wonderful as we arrived extremely late. The location is fantastic.
The lift on the ground floor didn't work. There was no electric kettle so that we could make a proper tea or coffee with boiling water.
