The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little small.
The drain in the shower didn’t drain properly. We didn’t discuss it with the desk because we were only there for two nights.

The location was superb, the interior had an amazing vintage look, the staff were friendly, it was nice and clean, definitely worth staying there if you want to go to Barcelona, as everything is quite close by. The room was a bit small however.

We did eat breakfast at hotel. The location was good for getting around to do things.
The room was to small. The bathroom was in need of updating and cleaning. There was not refrigerator, only one ice machine in lobby area. Only got one towel each per day and we ran out of toilet paper our last nite, never got a xtra roll! We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building in a good location in the city.
One of the staff members was very rude. I was visiting my son who is studying in Barcelona this semester. He was with me when I checked in, but not staying with me, and wanted to help me with my luggage and see my room. The staff member told us 'only you can go up.' Naturally we thought that was silly, so my son, said, well, I'm just going up for a minute. The staff member came out from behind his desk and got in my face. I asked why he couldn't come up and he just replied that "it's the rule." I was annoyed and angry and he threatened to call the police. I went upstairs by myself without further incident, but stayed only another night, before changing to a different hotel nearby- which turned out to be less expensive and nicer.

Beautiful exterior and lobby, the room was clean, well appointed and the shower is incredible. We had only one point of criticism, we booked a double bed and we got a double room with the beds joined together which meant one of us, usually me woke up in the trench. Otherwise a fantastic hotel.

What a great location on the edge of the Gothic Quarter near Las Ramblas. This made it easy to navigate and catch taxis. Its old world heritage charm was delightful.
