Location was fantastic just off the Rambles. It’s a beautiful building, clean and comfortable
One of the receptionist was a bit curt and it seemed to take a long time to check in. Not enough sockets and we had to ask for cups for tea and coffee twice !

The staff were wonderful. Always available to assist with anything. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice.
Small room made it difficult to lay out suitcases. The room door is right next to the bed with a gap in the bottom allowing light through it.

Hotel is beautiful. Location is amazing, right in the city center but in a quiet street. Staff very kind and patient, happy to answer any question. The room is spacious and comfortable.
There were only two small things I didn't like, however they can become big if you miss them.
First of all, the room was a bit cold. It has one small heater in the room and even smaller in the bathroom, not enough to properly heat the room. When we turn it to the max, it's a bit noisy.
Second thing, more annoying than a problem, hot water. It's there, but don't give up. It can take several minutes for it to arrive.

Nothing is good at this property except the location. The Room is very small and No A/C and bad bugs. Front desk or manger doesn't car after you charge you for the money.
My room without A/C for the 3 nights and the front desk is very rude and no manager to help to change the room and I stying with 39 degrees without A/C . I sent multiple messages to Booking.Com and the hotel management and no response. The sink drain was broken at the check in and bugs above the bed and the room is very small and the tile floors broken and moving when you walk above the floor . The room smells is terrible.
