Perfect location, really comfortable beds and pillows. Nice balcony. Great interior. Really clean room and bathroom.
Perhaps the only downside of the room is the very poor sound insulation. You can hear all the sounds from the neighboring rooms and every step of those upstairs.

Fantastic location in the Gothic district with its lovely small streets (and close to La Rambla). The were able to store our luggage safely since we got there early. We loved our room with the balconies looking out on the street.

Loved the location and the comfy bed.
We had housekeeping walk in on us multiple times. They knocked and immediately entered- it was very strange. Also the water pressure in the showers was horrible. Made it difficult to shower.

Location was perfect! Very easy to get to all areas of interest in Barcelona and wonderful to take pictures of the cathedral in the early morning light.
I would love for the property to have a fitness facility but I knew they didn't have one when I booked it and to me the location and convenience more than made up for it!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to town centre. Quality restaurants and shopping in vicinity of hotel.
Room was smaller than usual. Bathroom facilities were antiquated due to the age of the hotel.

Excellent location, very elegantly decorated, love the old world feel. It was the most interesting bathroom I have ever experienced!!
All the different categories for breakfast. After traveling and arriving weary, I could not concentrate on all the selections.

Location
The hotel waited until the weekend of travel to tell me my credit card has been declined. There is no explanation and I called my credit card company and there was no problem. I was told if I did not pay within 24 hours my reservation would be canceled and they would not take a credit card over the phone. I had to use a portal. By the way, the website is terrible. The staff seemed uptight and unfriendly. It simply wasn’t a good experience.

Location as expected. Hard to locate.
AC we could not adjust. It was freezing in our room all night. So old and outdated for $300 a night.

The staff were wonderful. Always available to assist with anything. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice.
Small room made it difficult to lay out suitcases. The room door is right next to the bed with a gap in the bottom allowing light through it.
