Location was perfect, the staff was very kind and helpful
I had room 244, the doors opened to a ally and there was a lot of smokers that always stood outside . So we could never keep the doors open .

Beautiful old hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was very comfortable and had a nice vibe with high ceilings and tall shuttered windows.
No coffee in room or lobby, unless you attend the breakfast which needs to be signed up for the night before.

Great location and very helpful staff.
Rooms are very old and the bathroom isn’t what I would call modern. Half tub with a hand shower and little to no curtain to contain the water. Showering was difficult at best.

The Old Charm of the Hotel & location was great. Convenient to shoppin, restaurants, and sites of downtown. Had a balcony room. Staff helped secure taxi for return to airport.

The room was larger than most and they accommodated our twin bed request. The balcony with chairs was an unexpected bonus! Housekeeping was exceptional.

Location was superb, close access to the city and all it had to offer, restaurants, shops etc 5 doors from the hotel
Room was very basic and no kettle for a morning cuppa

Location was very good.
Hotel reception area very small, typically crowded, and reception person got overwhelmed easily. Tiny elevator, but at least there was one! Nothing fancy, but was ok.

Excellent location, very elegantly decorated, love the old world feel. It was the most interesting bathroom I have ever experienced!!
All the different categories for breakfast. After traveling and arriving weary, I could not concentrate on all the selections.
