I couldn't be happier about my choice of hotel! Excellent location, very pleasant and well-trained staff, clean and comfortable room. A lot of attention to details that demonstrate that the hotel takes their business seriously, e.g. great textile, disposable toothbrush, thick carpets everywhere to reduce noise etc. You all the amenities described and a little extra that can make your stay special. Only the location.
As soon as we - my husband and I - arrived, we experienced our first problem: the receptionist insisted that we had to pay FOUR city tax, although we were only two persons. This happened because we made a reservation of two rooms: one for us and another for our son. In this case, totalling THREE persons, not four. Finally, reason prevailed and we paid only two city tax, as we were TWO persons. We thought that this problem was solved until the check-out time. For our great astonishment, the receptionist informed us that before leaving the hotel we should pay a tax. A mysterious tax, whose value corresponded to that we didn't pay at the check-in, because we were only TWO persons. The receptionist only mentioned that this was a tax we should pay. To avoid problems, and to not cause any inconvenience to other guests in the check-out queue, we paid the value. To finalize: the room is small, the bed is unconfortable. The bathroom is prone to flooding! The rooftop can be used for drinking some wine, for instance, only if the wine is bought from the bar on the rooftop.

The property was very clean and the breakfast was nice. The staff were all very accommodating and the location of this hotel is great. We walked everywhere with no issue and had lots of options for great food.
The suite that we stayed in lacked privacy in the bathroom since you could walk around the room and directly see if someone was using the toilet. But if you dont mind that much intimacy then its not an issue.
