Exceptional
have nothing but great things to say about our stay at your hotel. First of all, we were welcomed upon arrival by two wonderful, smiling ladies at the reception—extremely kind and polite. I had forgotten to bring something with me, and they immediately helped me find the nearest store so I could get it. The room was very beautiful, with all the essentials, excellent decoration, and an amazing location close to all the city’s main landmarks.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Barcelona. From the very first moment, everything was flawless. The quality of the hotel, the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere, and especially the professionalism of the staff were outstanding. Everything was spotless and perfectly organized — you can truly feel that they care about their guests. If we really wanted to find something to mention, the only minor thing would be that there is no gym. But honestly, in a city like Barcelona where you walk 15–20 km a day without even noticing, that hardly matters. A special thank you to the receptionist who assisted us at both check-in and check-out. She was incredibly kind, calm under pressure, and extremely helpful. On the day of departure, we overslept and rushed down in panic just 30 minutes before boarding. She immediately arranged a taxi and handled everything so efficiently, calmed us down, finally we managed to catch our flight in the last minute— thanks entirely to her quick reaction. She truly deserves a bonus or a salary raise. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who is this genuinely kind and professional. Barcelona was already an amazing experience, but her attitude was the cherry on top. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was near everything. There was several bus stops and an underground station so close.
My plane from was arriving at Barcelona 5 hours before the check in time, I sent an email before to request early check in and I was told depends on availability. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist was very very rude and said no leave now and come back at 3 pm then she said ok the housekeeping says there is a room available. According to my genius program I should have been upgraded but they didn’t, but that’s not the big deal. I entered the room after a long flight to find the AC adjusted to make the room freezing cold !!!! I tried to sleep and it’s said in description that the room is sound proof but it wasn’t !! I could clearly hear people in the street plus the maids made a lot of noise at the door side so it was like sleeping in the middle of chaos !! Everytime I left the room to be made up by housekeeping I returned to find AC settings are changed to freezing cold and I really didn’t get it !! We were in Christmas which means that the weather is already cold by its own, why change AC settings ?? It didn’t hold here, housekeeping didn’t refill toilet paper whole stay, there was daily complimentary tea which was refilled only 2 days from our 4 days stay and they left their cleaning instruments in the room, I can’t believe that all these incidents from housekeeping were accidental !!! The room is equipped with kettle, coffee machine, several types of tea and coffee capsules with only the tea is complimentary and the rest of item to be charged, and no price list available in the room, the question is why all these things in the room if not free and if charged where is the price list ? Am I supposed to use something without knowing the price beforehand ?! Or is it a facilitation for robbery and assigning a different price for each guest ??! The shower is very slippery and dangerous !! At check out we were asked,” Anything from mini bar ?
