Man at reception was friendly
I paid €165 for one night, and unfortunately I felt it was far too expensive for what I received.
The biggest issue was the room. I initially thought I had seen a bug, but after checking with ChatGPT, I was shown that they appeared to be baby cockroaches. The next day, when I arrived at my Airbnb, I discovered that one had actually got into my suitcase, which was very unpleasant and concerning.
There was also no coffee in the room. You could buy coffee downstairs at reception for €1.60, but at €165 a night I would have expected at least basic tea and coffee facilities.
The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep. The bath was also peeling and looked like it needed replacing or renovating.
I also found the number and positioning of the cameras uncomfortable. There was a camera at every door pointing to your room lift was slow

Had a very nice welcome at the hotel. Friendly staff and the room was really nice. Good location, restaurants and shop closed to the hotel.

Clean and central to where I needed to be. Very friendly staff.
Noisy. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everyone on my floor ALL NIGHT. Some were very loud. Especially of course the people in the room next door, The walls are so thin you can hear teeth being brushed and conversations. Needless to say I did not sleep well most nights.

We got a standard room which was great, street view. Great positioning we had access to various public transportation. Staff were great and cleanliness way above other hotels I've been in claiming 4 stars over the past 2 years.

Staff were nice enough but didn’t deliver what they promised
Breakfast was bland and tasteless

Room tired and lacking charm
Fried food smell in our room and corridor
Shower spurted water in every direction but the one it should do
It’s easy to expect more for the night rate but overall the staff couldn’t give a toss
