Only one elevator leads to the parking and it’s annoying that sometimes you have to wait until someone is using the other one because otherwise it’s not working

Central location to Barcelona and convenient for a short taxi ride to our cruise ship. Pleasantly quiet and calm. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast. Really enjoyed using roof top bar, great asset.

Good position very near to the subway. Many super market around. Walking distance to the Rambla. Nice swimming pool area on the rooftop

The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions in Barcelona, such as La Rambla, the beach, museums, the aquarium, shopping areas, and restaurants. The subway and bus stations are also just a few minutes away on foot.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend booking breakfast with your stay—you get a discounted rate, and it's worth it!
I especially loved that the room had a high-quality stereo system, even in the shower. The ambiance in the room was amazing, thanks to the integrated audio system.

Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk to the la Rambla, metro and good restaurants, rooms were clean.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff (with the exception of the breakfast area team) were openly rude.
There was no hot water in the room, and it was only turned on after my complaint — on the second day of my stay. Bottled water was provided only once, on the day of arrival, and I was told that after that it was “not included.” Seriously? For €200 per night, you refuse to give guests even two small bottles of water?
On the first day there wasn’t even a basic item like a toothbrush in the room. The room itself was very dark and didn’t feel particularly clean.
The hotel was clearly not at full occupancy, yet I was given a room directly opposite the housekeeping utility room. Starting from 7 a.m., there was constant noise and loud door slamming, which ruined any chance of rest.
Another unpleasant issue was the deposit. At check-in, I was charged €100 without being informed that it would only be refunded 2–3 days after check-out. When I asked for written confirmation of this, the receptionist, instead of providing a polite explanation, became visibly irritated, spoke to me rudely, and practically threw the invoice at me. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and can only be described as rudeness.
Conclusion: the price is completely unjustified given the poor quality of service and conditions. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location is walking distance to metros and gothic quarter/barceloneta. Water available, elevator and pool with a bar was a plus to cool down after walking around all day.
Couch chair in room needs an upgrade.
