The rooms were clean and nice. The location is fantastic
The check-in process quite annoying
The reception saying to have to check in yourself into your phone which I never seen du h thing before
Also the toilets in the reception is not clean and smells

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are a decent size and good sized bathroom.
Something was seriously wrong with the bathroom ventilation or sewage system - the room had a terrible smell of damp and sewage. I asked to be changed but instead they just sprayed the room with air fresher. Also there is a lot of noise from the hallways and door closing.

Pool area & bar were great. Staff we’re friendly & very helpful.

Great location, easy access to the city’s public transport system, once you’ve worked out which ticket works on which line/bus. 59 Bus was are most used transport to and from Barceloneta.
Breakfast very good, taken on the firs5 and last mornings only, as we wanted to try other options in the city.
Disappointed with the pool, it didn’t take too many people in or around it to feel crowded. Upstairs bar great, but the noise from the traffic is a bit much. Having said that the rooms are well sound proofed.
