Great location and great breakfast, friendly staff
If the roof top bar was open. I understand it closes on the 1st of October, but the weather was still nice, it would have been nice to enjoy evenings up there with drinks and music.

Hotel Jazz is an excellent Hotel for a trip to Barcelona. It is located in the city centre, close to the subway station Universidad. It is a very beautiful and safe location that offers everything for a great stay. I often stayed here for business trips, and it was always a great experience. The rooms are very comfortable, and it is quiet enough to sleep well in this city that almost never sleeps. The staff is always very friendly, and the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The big and spotless family room. Nice varied breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Mattress was too soft for my taste and pillows to big. You can hear the subway passing even on the 4th floor, but nothing too much - did not disturb our sleep.

On-line checkin is convenient and did not take much time at reception. Hotel upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was varied and delicious with frequent replenishments. We also enjoyed the cava and coffee. The amenities - you can get what you need at the reception, which was efficient and waste-free. Overall, we were very satisfied with hotel hospitarity and willing to come back.
