very central location, nice room (I was told upgraded), very spacious, AC is perfect, breakfast great and excellent wifi
in general enjoyed the stay as convenient to walk around to many important places and meetings

They were able to get me into my room early which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also terrific. I didn't use the pool but I went up to check it out and it looked nice. I was able to walk and walk and walk everywhere I wanted to go. Metro was nearby and a breeze to use.
Not much - my only complaints would be 1) I dislike when the shower doesn't enclose all the way - it was like a half-wall, and water goes everywhere. Why does anyone think that's a good design? 2) When I checked out I got a neutral response from the front desk lady. Not positive, not negative, but didn't ask how my stay was or anything. She seemed preoccupied with her computer. But hardly significant across three days of being there. Every other interaction - including the one at check-in - was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jazz. The location is absolutely perfect everything is within walking distance, making it so easy to explore Barcelona.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was amazing, especially during the summer heat. One thing we really appreciated was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and kindly let us check in before the official check-in time because our room was already ready, which made a great first impression.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. If we come back to Barcelona, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel Jazz again. Highly recommended!

Close to metro and attractions, great A/C
They were very nice in giving us another room because our king size bed was two double together, which we sank between them. Our second room was a full king size bed, better but still too firm and uncomfortable even after they gave us a thin topper. But they tired and were very accommodating.
1. Bathtub higher than standard, unsafe.
2. Bed too firm, felt springs.
3. Glass partition on bathtub doesn't cover enough, water all over the floor.
4. Bumps on bathtub that is meant to avoid slipping, are very uncomfortable when your feet are tired of walking all day. Doesn't prevent slipping.
5. Low water pressure
6. Outdated faucets
7. Water went down one night.
8. Bath towels looks rundown.

convenient location, walking distance to the bus. relatively new, clean, a pool on the roof top with the city view.
Everything in the room had a price tag, including water bottles. The room wasn't big, about average for European standard. The staff wasn't as warm or welcoming. A fire alarm was triggered in the hallway. When we walked out of our room, the staff who walked by us and didn't say anything. Maybe it was just because of culture or language barrier?

The location is very good, super close to the subway system. The facilities were incredible for a 3 star hotel. I really appreciated that everything was clean and you could see the staff tirelessly doing their job. Everything was great.
They gave a pool on the rooftop and they offer towels as well.
As an improvement only, maybe offer more options for pillows. There was no aspect to dislike.

The location is unbeatable - close to La Rambla, Placa de Catalunya and metro stations. The room was spacious and very well appointed and the staff was friendly and efficient.
