Spacious rooms, location, staff was helpful, price is reasonable
I think there is a metro railway under the hotel which makes the hotel like shaking every time it pass , but after few times i get used to it.

The location is perfect with direct connections to metro and airport bus. Most of my guided tours starting point was also in the walkable distance.
The breakfast menu has limited vegetarian/vegan options.

Is convenient area. Downstairs have a lot of F&B . Walking distance to shopping area.

Rooms are clean.. staff are nice..
The lights in bathroom specifically IN BAthroom area bathtub, quite dark
So maybe if you could add more light in bathroom.

Shower was too small, weak water flow, in one of the rooms the toilet door couldn't be locked the sink was cracked and the door frame was broken

I have stayed at the Jazz Hotel many times over the years and Front Desk always does its best to provide me with an early check-in; arriving from Canada early in the morning, this is very much appreciated. The hotel is always spotless and the central location makes getting around the city very easy. Above all, the staff is great: knowledgable and welcoming, they are always helpful.
