The hotel was good, the staff were very friendly and the service was good.
Our cleaning lady Amanjeet was extremely good, and her customer service was excellent.
The front desk staff were supportive and helpful with queries.
English speaking was very good.
The noise from neighbouring business to the hotel.. in the first night only.

This is our 2nd time staying here. The location is fantastic so close to everything. The hotel is very clean, staff are all friendly and accommodating, good breakfast, great pool area, only thing that would be nice is a few umbrellas around the pool. But other than that it’s a perfect place to stay.

very central location, nice room (I was told upgraded), very spacious, AC is perfect, breakfast great and excellent wifi
in general enjoyed the stay as convenient to walk around to many important places and meetings

The rooms were excellent , very clean modern and quiet. We found the location faultless , right in the heart of things close to all transport and with many things easily walkable. Breakfast was great value a very well stocked buffet with the chef coming round with freshly made smoothies. Food was fresh and where appropriate hot. We could not fault it.

They were able to get me into my room early which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also terrific. I didn't use the pool but I went up to check it out and it looked nice. I was able to walk and walk and walk everywhere I wanted to go. Metro was nearby and a breeze to use.
Not much - my only complaints would be 1) I dislike when the shower doesn't enclose all the way - it was like a half-wall, and water goes everywhere. Why does anyone think that's a good design? 2) When I checked out I got a neutral response from the front desk lady. Not positive, not negative, but didn't ask how my stay was or anything. She seemed preoccupied with her computer. But hardly significant across three days of being there. Every other interaction - including the one at check-in - was great.

Location, lift, extremely comfortable bed, efficient double glazing & air conditioning, rooftop pool & bar, great clean bathroom with bath & bidet.
Couldn’t get the safe to work. No bath plug. Rooftop bar closed at 10pm, would have liked another hour in midsummer.
