Everything was excellent. Location is perfect with steps from the metro or only about 12 minutes walking to get the airport bus. Rooms are very nice and staff is exceptionally good. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

1- The reception staff were so friendly, responsive, helpful, showing courtesy, welcoming with a smile. Huge thanks to JALEN, FLAVIO, JUANJO and FRANCESCO!
2- The location of the hotel is really nice.
1- small room with very small uncomfortable bathroom.
2- the noise sound of the bells every half an hour rang by the church despite it was supposed the hotel is soundproofed as mentioned in the announcement!
3- no carpet on the floor . The furniture of my room was very bssic!

Our room was second floor facing street and the late night noise was a problem. Next time we would request an interior room.

Breakfast, hotel cleanliness and location was great.
Our rooms were on the second floor, facing the streets and the noise from the streets were loud especially at 2/3 AM.

Excellent location! Just steps away from the MRT and close to everything. The breakfast was wonderful, so much choice. The staff were all very friendly. It was the perfect base for us to enjoy Barcelona, if we come back we would definitely stay again.

This hotel has the most execeptional and helpful staff. Front desk employees did everything possible to help us have the best experience possible. Housekeeping was 100%. Breakfast buffet was varied and provided a good value.

The breakfast buffet is nice, the location is very good. The hotel staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
The street is a bit noisy, so I'd recommend higher floors. We were on the third floor and it was fine. The price was a bit expensive, but considering the fact that it's the high season, it's ok

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Hotel Gótico. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and inviting everything was—the fresh scent in the lobby set the tone for our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and impressively modern, with stylish hallways and doors that felt solid and secure. We appreciated the peace of mind knowing our room—and our children’s room next door—felt safe and well-situated. The little bit of privacy in the hallway where our rooms were located was also a thoughtful touch.
The interior design of the rooms was tasteful, and the bathrooms were sleek and up-to-date. Everything was spotless. The beds were perfectly firm, just the way we like them, and the linens were consistently fresh and clean. Having a safe in the room was a practical bonus. We loved opening the windows or French doors to let the breeze in and enjoy views of the lively street below—it made the room feel even more welcoming.
One of the highlights was the breakfast—it truly was the best we’ve had across all our travels in Europe and the U.S. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to walk everywhere, whether we were dining out or exploring the heart of the city.
Thank you for such a memorable stay. Hotel Gótico has become our home away from home.
I wish there were wash cloths available in the bathrooms.

Wonderful
The staff both at reception and in the breakfast room were exceptionally helpful and nice.
It's a pity about the roadwork outside the entrance but it's totally outside the hotel's control.
