The property is superbly located in the Gothic Quarter. Wonderful sights are just a.walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very hot. We tried to turn down the temperature, but resorted to turning it off which didn’t help. Opening the balcony door wasn’t an option as the noise from party goers goes well into the early hours of the morning. There is tea/coffee making facilities but the two tea bags and coffee sachets provided upon arrival are not replenished. The coffee mugs/bathroom cups aren’t washed daily and seemed stained upon arrival.

The location was pleasant and the staff were polite.
There are significant issues with the bathrooms. We have had to change three rooms. The bathroom was without a working fan, a brush and drain pipes. The first room had water from the shower leaking out. The second room, a rooftop bathroom, was leaking from the ceiling due to the rain creating a pool of water inside.

Location was great! Near the Cathedral, very central in the Gothic Quarter, close walking distances to many restaurants and key areas to visit in Barcelona. Desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Easy to get to from the Airport by the shuttle bus with a short walk from the drop off point at Plaza Catalunya. The bed was very comfortable the shower had good pressure and good hot water.
Slight smell in the bathroom due to old drains - to be expected in the very old buildings comprising this area.

Hotel employee along with the rest of the front desk staff, was extremely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I can’t remember the names of the other amazing staff, but everyone was friendly and helpful.
Sometimes it could get crazy busy in the surroundings
