We found ourselves in an emergency situation, and needed to be close to the train station. So we had not booked or indeed had any knowledge of the NOBU. You staff were exceptionally understanding and helpful and I cannot praise them enough, especially as my wife was taken ill on the second day. I would like to especially thank Tanya and Carmen.

Handy location in the touristy area of Barcelona. Very quiet even though the balcony was facing a busy small road. Very clean room. Nice front desk staff and cleaning staff.
Expensive breakfast- we went elsewhere.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
The bathroom is splendid.
The noise!! It almost impossible to sleep in the morning and afternoon due to furniture drawing of the cleaners. Terrible noise, ruined my vacation

The hotel is located in a great part of Barcelona convenient to the old town and La Rambla. facilities were good and staff very friendly and helpful. the room we stayed in was a good size and comfortable.
Street facing rooms are a bit noisy.

The location is perfect for dining options, roaming the area and shopping. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options and fresh choices. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful.

We had to stay an additional night in Barcelona due to flight cancellations and needed somewhere to stay at very short notice. We chose the hotel because of its central location in the Gothic Quarter and its proximity to the metro, which was ideal for our early flight the following day. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Overall, a great location, close to the port and within easy reach of the main attractions.
There were only a few minor things to fault with the room. For example, one of the bottles provided had already been opened and was partially empty when we checked in, so it had clearly not been replaced. Aside from these small details, the room and overall stay generally met our expectations.
