I did not like that in my room there was no door to my bathroom. I did not know how to turn lights on and it was frustrating till i figured it out then ok but a small instruction would help, maybe on the wall above switches. Aslo the door on the toilet was way to close to the toilet and was a problem sitting on the toilet comfortably and then with no door to the batheroom i did not like the idea of leaveing it open as I had family member staying with me. I am comfortable shareing a room with family but, not a bathroom as in I want privacy when I am in the bathroom.

The property was absolutely stunning, and the staff was lovely
The location directly outside of the hotel made me nervous. It was a little bit sketchy, and I felt nervous walking to a restaurant at night.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location - stylish, classy yet modern, would definitely come back!
We didn’t realized that at the time of our stay half of La Rambla would be closed - which caused some troubles getting to and from the hotel - however it had nothing to do with the hotel, just the general lack of comfort.
Also, the elevators’ area was being fixed during our stay - which was a bit uncomfortable but nevertheless didn’t spoil our overall impression on the hotel!

Honestly we didn't like anything.
We were a group of friends travelling to Barcelona for a dance festival hosted at the hotel. Unfortunately, the stay did not fully meet our expectations.
The rooms we stayed in felt quite dated and could have been cleaner. The balcony windows were also very dirty, which made us reluctant to open the curtains. The towels looked worn and slightly grey rather than white.
Although we had booked full board, the lunch and dinner buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was a good variety of starters, salads, and carbohydrates, but only limited meat and fish options. The main dishes were sometimes slow to be refilled, and on a couple of occasions the meat did not seem fully cooked.
The pool area and courtyard could also benefit from better maintenance. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some improvements in cleanliness, food service, and upkeep would make a big difference.

Pool is very small and not many sun loungers. This didn’t bother us as we were out exploring the city but if you’re hoping to enjoy a pool and relax then maybe not right for you
