The location was great. 24/7 reception was really convenient.
The communication about payments was confusing. For the first time I recieved multiple skecthy (in my opinion) messages with payment links. I did not open them because I have never experienced something like that and did not trust. Later Booking made my payment through my bank as it is usually done. When I got to the hotel, the staff asked me to pay because I have not paid through the links. Luckily I showed them my bank receipt and everything was alright. Message for the next guests - be careful!

Great location, friendly staff. Very cute aesthetic of the decor. Very clean and tidy. Rooftop was great!!!
The beds in our room was a little hard but honestly knit picking!

One of the best 3 stars hotels I ever been to. They have very cozy rooms fantastic stuff and very nice coffered machines in the rooms . Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location. Right in the city and a cab rank at the end of the street. The hotel is quite new and so everything was spotless.
Great choice for a city break where you need good basics, as hardly in the hotel.
There is hand and body wash but no shampoo or conditioner.
