Very clean and exceptional staff, great location.
Glad we didn’t prepay for the breakfast at the hotel, it was not great value for the price and we were able to find multiple options nearby that was better value. It was still a decent breakfast but could have been better value.

The location is fabulous, very central. It was also great to have 24/7 front desk reception on the facility, as we were spending many late nights out adventuring and exploring Barcelona. The lobby and location were clean as was the room itself. Everyone we interacted with from the staff were very friendly and cheerful, and made us feel safe and welcome!
Although small rooms are to be expected in Barcelona, it was definitely a tight fit for three people in a superior double plus room. The bathroom setup doesn't afford much privacy at all for staying with friends. The mattresses and bedding could have been more comfortable, wouldn't say uncomfortable but just serviceable. Towels were not always freshly changed when we requested cleaning and at least once we found that the same towel had just been refolded rather than being changed out. (We were out at odd hours so often were requesting them to be changed one-off rather than during daily service.)

Great location in to the Gothic area, close to all the walking areas with bars, shops and restaurants, but on a small and not a nosy street. The staff was very friendly!
King size bed option was based on a two single beds close to each other and this was not very comfortable.

The location was excellent
The TV in our room fell from the wall just before we went to bed. I had to dress and go to reception to report this. We had to change rooms, very inconvenient and the morning receptionist did not even apologise to us for the considerable inconvenience. Not great customer care. Our second room was very very noisy. I do not think I will be returning to this hotel.

The city of Barcelona is becoming very very expensive. You are pricing yourselves out of the tourist market. Beautiful city to visit, would never go back.
