Great location in to the Gothic area, close to all the walking areas with bars, shops and restaurants, but on a small and not a nosy street. The staff was very friendly!
King size bed option was based on a two single beds close to each other and this was not very comfortable.

The location was excellent
The TV in our room fell from the wall just before we went to bed. I had to dress and go to reception to report this. We had to change rooms, very inconvenient and the morning receptionist did not even apologise to us for the considerable inconvenience. Not great customer care. Our second room was very very noisy. I do not think I will be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel location was central allowing us to walk to many attractions
The city of Barcelona is becoming very very expensive. You are pricing yourselves out of the tourist market. Beautiful city to visit, would never go back.

The location, thou nice, not on a main street, more of an alley, it was quiet. We did not hear any loud traffic or people. The location was perfect to the main plaza, so getting a bus, taxi, walking and metro was a 5 minute walk. The room was very small, maybe its what I picked (I need to pay closer attention when booking), so there was no real room for the luggage for two people. Space was very limited. We had to put it on the floor, and getting around the bed was tight. The breakfast was the usual stuff.
The size of the room. The bathroom, which really wasn't, there was a glass partition surrounding the toilet and shower. But it was very clean.

Great location, very close to the airport bus as well as other attractions. Wonderful staff who are always happy to help and very welcoming.
Overall, the hotel room was clean, but there were a few hairs and a lot of mold in the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner, which unfortunately could not be eliminated. The design and decor looked tired, and the mattress was uncomfortable; I ended up with back pain after sleeping on it.
