The room needed a little bit better cleaning
Bathroom has hair..long dark..Definitely not ours
Toilet a little bit dirty outside.. I cleaned it and no big deal..

Awesome staff and who were all willing to help. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the 24-Hour buffet (albeit small) was included in the price of their accommodations. This allowed great flexibility to my family and friends… and the Hotel served as a Hub for gathering! Great job! Great value.
The rooms are sufficiently comfortable, but both the room and the bathroom are here a little small if compared to common hotel floor plans in America. Because this hotel was in Spain, smaller rooms and accommodations where expected to be smaller.

Smoking outside tables smoke drifting into breakfast rooms and lobby. Breakfast buffet was ok but 24hr buffet was not good, didn't want to get food poisoning. Need to improve.

Anna, Flor,Mike,Mikita and Kenni provided the best room and the best food for our entire stay. The suite resembled palace accommodations and the bed and rooms were luxurious??????
It was magnificent with lovely meals provided all day. It was a very clean facility in the perfect downtown location!

The staff was incredibly helpful as we experienced flight delays that caused us to only use this room for the morning of check out. We used it to nap and shower and it met our expectations.
If we would've been staying for longer, this definitely would have been a small room. It worked for our brief stay though.

We loved the 24/7 food in the lounge and the beautiful and spacious suite we were in. The receptionists were all very helpful and the location was great for walking to many attractions.
Our room was right next to the lounge area and we could hear people nearly 24 hours a day in the kitchen area and lounge. There definitely wasn't any sound proofing.

Well maintained stunning architecture and style. Offered entertainment, which was a great experience! Food and drinks are great. Our room was near the food and drinks could be noisy in the morning but not a big deal. Wonderful weeks stay.
