The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable.
The Hotel was very dirty the carpet in our room was so dirty we did take off our socks. The pictures online did not match the Hotel. The staff was very rude and took no accountability for the condition of the Hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The self service buffet was fabulous to enable a quick snack, beer or wine whenever we wanted. The soft serve ice cream was a hit with our son!

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great
The food on offer for breakfast was not the best. Frustrating to have to return the room key to the reception on level 1 and pick it up again every time you go out.

Staff was friendly
We stayed for one night. The entrance to the hotel was uncept. When we got our room we noticed a strong unpleasant smell. We had cockroaches in the bathroom and hair in the bed as well as stains on the carpet, around the room and on bathroom mirrors ect, the place was not properly cleaned. When we brought up the issues with the room, we asked to change rooms. We were then told to ”change the rooms quickly since new guest were arriving. This felt unpleasant and as if these issues were not taken seriously by the staff. We got no apologies or offers for refunds/ compensation. The new room was okay, still not properly cleaned and we found hair on the bed, pillows and mattress. The staff later apologised for the inconvenience but again didn’t seem like the issue was dealt with properly. Overall dissatisfied with the stay.
