The location was in the center of the gothic quarter which has lots of shopping, eateries, and people day and night. The complimentary snacks and drinks were also very nice to have 24 hours, and the staff was great. Bathroom had no tub but it seemed updated and the microwave and mini fridge was great
The a/c in my room was not cooling enough so room felt hot. There was a window I opened but the weather itself was warm and damp. The carpet was dated and held a slight smell to it.

The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable.
The Hotel was very dirty the carpet in our room was so dirty we did take off our socks. The pictures online did not match the Hotel. The staff was very rude and took no accountability for the condition of the Hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The self service buffet was fabulous to enable a quick snack, beer or wine whenever we wanted. The soft serve ice cream was a hit with our son!
