The room was spacious and the balcony was amazing
24 hour coffee soft drinks juice and beer (on tap and good). Food is also good and varies by time of day. Stored our bags until the room was ready and had them in the room when we returned. Very well located to Gothic area with lots to see and restaurants and shopping and close to metro and taxi stand. Great security as well. Will be back

We've got what we expected in general. The location is really an asset. Located in the central part of town, easily accessible. The room was clean and contained basics one would need during stay. If you need something else, the staff will probably find a way to help.
All day buffet is a great concept. And I see other guests liking it too. The selection of prepared food (warm dishes) could be improved for people not eating pork and byproducts or vegetarians. Vegy soup would be great idea for example or steamed vegies, hummus, etc. Also, cheese spreads and the like could be an asset.
