Refreshments and light food available 24hrs. Breakfast was good with great coffee. Excellent location. Great staff
Lack of proper window and view. We had an internal room with a window to air and light vent which was dirty so let the room down a little. Not aware this would have been the case.

Very good location. Right in the center. Clean and me reasonable comfortable. Very friendly staff.
I personally don’t like the set up of the breakfast area. However if you come early it is still rather private. If it’s warm outside you can use the great outdoor area.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. We could access alomost all the tourist's attractions very easily.
We could walk or we could use bus or Metro.
The hotel provides 24 hour Buffet for Free. We could eat or drink whenever we want. As a tourist, free food all the time was amazing!
The hotel itself was little bit old. During the night we could hear a sound like water flowing through pipes.

Close to main shopping area. Easy to walk
Buffet was good value
Do not accept room 144. Beside reception and where people eat. Extremely noisy. Woken up at 2am with street noise and music. They did move me to another room which was better as at the back

The guest rooms were nice. There was tonic water in the soft drink dispenser! Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were cleaned promptly. Having food/beverages available 24/7 was great.
Breakfast was not as robust as other hotels. Not enough comfortable seating for groups of 2/4/6 for breakfast. Elevator operation was strange. There was one button to push whether you were going up or down, and it didn't stay lit so never knew if your request had registered or not.
