It was really quite hotel even though its location is in the heart of the city. Although the alternatives in 24h open buffet snack services didn't totally match with my preferences, it's good and valuable idea for their guests. Additionally, the bed was really comfy.
It's hard to understand why they need such a huge room key. Every time, you have to go to the reception to give and take it back. You have to take a big step in order to enter into the bathtub. The wall to wall carpet might not be suitable for allergetic guests.

Gemma and the young man who assisted her (I forgot his name) were exceptional. Also, I forgot her name, the woman who was at the front desk after 5 pm was of great help in fixing the air conditioning. A special thank you to her. The food was fresh and very good. Thank you to the woman who was there each day preparing the food. All were very welcoming to us.
I wish the elevator was larger but all worked out just fine.

Location of the hotel is rigt at the city center. You can walk or use the metro (across the street). The staff is very helpful, nice and professional. I was offered a bottle of champagne when the hotel knew it was my wedding anniversary (at the reservation). Buffer is 24/7. You can have a little snack at 21h00 after a flamenco show or you can drink a hot coffee or a nice and cold lemonade after a long walking day. What else can I write beside a BRAVO. A "must" when travelling to Barcelona.

Don’t get too excited with the promo pictures. First thing you see is a dodgy passage with a small elevator or even worse stairs that you need to climb first before you get to the reception. Reception and the whole hotel are super old, not sure where they took all the nice pictures
