Wonderful
Very convenient location and helpful staff. Good bed and roomy wardrobe. Spacious bathroom. We were comfortable for our longish stay.
No armchair in the room. Breakfast was ok as far as content was concerned but rather disorganized - cups without saucers, leaking coffee machine, etc. the whole 9 days we were there.

Easy check in and out and friendly staff. Basic facilities, but comfortable.
Near the bus stop from the airport, but quite far from the harbour. I’d pick this for convenience but not really for character.

The rooms were not fancy but clean and comfortable. We loved our deck. Staff were always friendly and responsive to any requests.

Nice room with balcony, comfortable bed, everything very clean. Good location as a base for exploring Barcelona we didn't take breakfast there, plenty of good cafes close by.

It was clean; lobby looked nice.
1) Horrible wifi. 2) Very loud (rooms were not sound proof so you could hear people walking down the halls, closing doors, I could even hear the shower running in other people’s rooms) 3) My toilet wasn’t functioning properly for two nights, and the staff didn’t even bother to offer me another room and didn’t have it fixed after I reported the issue the first night. 4) They advertised having a TV in the room, but the channels were extremely limited and it didn’t play any English movies or TV shows (there was one old TV show in English you could watch if you knew how to change the audio)

It's my second time this summer staying in this hotel and I can't recommend it enough. Fabulous. Especially people at the reception, very kind and helpful. The rooms are very modern and clean. I'll definitely stay there again if I visit Barcelona

The property was very clean, comfortable and modern.
The room was loud and you could hear your neighbors. Also, the staff was not friendly. We had stayed in 4 other hotels prior to our stay and the staff was the least approachable at your hotel. They barely acknowledged you when you came and went.

Great location. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was infested with ants. Plumbing was half clogged. The room wasn’t well sound proofed, I could hear other drunk guests laughing and talking loudly in the hallway past midnight every single day.
