Basically location was the only nice thing about this place. In a very lively area and surrounded by amazing food places. Close to the puublic transport as well
The price, the room and the hotel itself. Too expensive for what I got, a very small bedroom, outdated decor, old bathroom and right next to the elevator which made it impossible to sleep at night.

Central location, yet quiet street. It is among 3 metro stations with lovely cafes, bakeries with delicacies / good coffee for breakfast, and local restaurants around. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

A bottle of water, a kettle, and some tea pods would be a welcome addition.

Great location! Central to main squares and sightseeing from there. Customer service was great, very responsive to all our needs. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed staying!

The hotel and room and facilities were first class. It is hard to believe that it's a 2 star hotel. It should be a 4 star hotel.
The only thing that was a slight downside was that the rooftop terrace is currently only open in the mornings. It wasn't a problem though as I had a big balcony.

Wonderful room service every day.
The sofa bed mattress was very thin. The staff did change it for us after a couple of requests. No fan in bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood near restaurants and bars. The room was small but clean. The front desk was efficient.
Flat, Flat pillows are the scourge of Europe.

The bed was a full/queen size, it was not two twins pushed together which was nice. We had a very nice balcony coming off the room, it was comfortable, and the room itself was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The one part we did not enjoy was that every time we ran the sink for longer than 5 seconds, water would begin to collect and there was a foul odor coming from the drain.
