This hotel, with a few upgrades, can easily become a 3, even a 4 star hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean with a good sized bathroom. The location is central and the staff are nice and friendly. Alexandra at reception deserves a mention for her friendliness, help and advice. She’s an asset to the hotel.
There were no kettle , tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which is a pity. Also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. If they invest in these upgrades, the hotel would surely earn another star for sure.

Our choice couldn’t be more perfect ! First of all the stuff was super polite and helpful ! Secondly, the room was perfect ! Really really clean, spacious and very comfy ! Also, the location was perfect ! I totally recommended !

Location was amazing. So easy to walk to almost all attractions in the city, metro also close for farther destinations. Staff was nice, professional, and extremely helpful

The location is right mid of town, security is ok, and the staff is friendly and 24/7 at desk.
The temperature of the air conditioning can't change. Doesn't feel like the room has air ventilation.
And the sound of insulation isn't that good if someone stays next door goes back to the room in the late evening and makes some noises....

Good location, close so bus stops, short walk to lots of must see places. Coffeteria's restaurants convinience shops just next door to hotel. Clean and cozy, not tiny rooms and not small bathrooms. Changing towels everyday. Staff was very helpful, warm and nice.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed and very pleasant staff. If I come back to Barcelona I will come here again.
A dark room with little lighting and rather thin walls where you can often hear other guests talking.

Room was super spacious, house keeping team was very professional and always left the room super clean and smells amazing, the room itself was well maintained and had a nice balcony , the hotel location was central
The free WiFi was no strong and the central heater was turned off some nights but when we contacted reception they fixed the heater issue
