Wonderful
We like it because as we enter the hotel, has a pleasant aroma. Spotless & receptionists are friendly.
My husband found a tiny ants beside his bed.

Exceptional
Let me begin with Alexandra at the front desk fantastic. She is by far the best front desk person we have ever met traveling. She went above and beyond not just for us but all the guests. She was busy but she never showed it she just worked in stride not missing a beat with a smile on her face. So helpful.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing great pressure. Very close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back here.
Nothing to dislike

Wonderful
Very clean and friendly staff. The room was made up everyday - comfortable king size bed. The complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning was nice. Would be nice if it was available all day or even just water. Location was good - about 20-30 minutes walking to most places. Overall nice modern hotel in the city center.
Only hand soap and hair/body wash provided, no other toiletries.

Location! Location! Location!
Stores, two best restaurants outside. For brunch...Egg Lab is a must and tapas you can never go wron in El Mercat.
Excellent service with the staff. Very helpful❤️
Nothing really, just an advice... order your ride ahead of time. Consider traffic, most especially embarking on a cruise.

alexandra wasn't there every day!

The hotel is very clean, the design is modern and gives a sense of luxury and relaxation. I enjoyed sitting in the lobby and reading a good book. The atmosphere at the hotel is very calm and pleasant.
There is a coffee machine available in the lobby until 11:00 AM. I would recommend extending the time or, as an alternative, having a coffee machine in the room or at least a kettle to boil water for coffee.

Very Good
Fantastic location, very clean and the staff were amazing!
There was very little acoustic soundproofing between rooms. We could hear furniture scraping above and chatting through the wall.
Also nightclub noises during the night
