The location is superb, near metro station, pharmacy, supermarket, café and also 10 min walk from La Rambla. The staff is so friendly.

You're paying for its location & cleanliness, dont expect much of its amenities.
Too expensive for what it offers. Our Hyatt Hesperia in Madrid is cheqper for the same length of stay.

The room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom/shower and balcony. There were lots of surfaces/storage spaces to fully unpack belongings and keep everything tidy and off the floor. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy as well. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch and the hotel lobby had a coffee machine for free, unlimited use by guests. After check-out, the hotel let us keep our bags in a secure locked room so we could keep exploring on our last day. Very lovely staff, would definitely come back again!
It would have been nice if the hotel terrace on the top floor was open during/after sunset.

The rooftop terrace wasn’t like on the pictures at all. It was almost completely empty. My room is pretty dark because the only window went into some inside yard.

Hotel is located centrally in a very lively and fun area of Eixample, within easy walking distance of La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and La Concepcio market, the Passeig de Gracia, and numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff at the hotel are top notch, very friendly, and provide excellent and accommodating service. The hotel room was clean, had a nice shower with great water pressure, good Air Conditioning, and had a pretty, yet short balcony that looked upon the cafe crowds below it. Though no coffee machine in the room, they did have a complimentary one in the lobby (with limited hours).
We really wished that the lighting in the room was better. Although the hotel room had many light fixtures throughout the room, they were not very effective to light the small room. Even with all the lights in the room turned on - and all the lights in the bathroom turned on with the door open, the room was still incredibly dark. The mattress was worn, slightly uncomfortable due to it having a dip in places. The internal soundproofing needs to be improved as were awaken by sounds of our neighbor right outside of our door during the night and we could clearly hear voices of a family with children yelling from the room down the hall.
