We come to visit our friends in Barcelona a few times a year and we only stay at this hotel. It is really beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff are exceptional and the actual building is more than beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely situated in a safe neighborhood. A brisk 20 minute walk will get you to the Sagrada Familia basilic.
Unfortunately, we were out of hot water for two days due to maintenance. I didn't ruin the whole experience, though.

Really comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and staff were top notch.
Hot water didn't work one night, but was fined by following morning. The 'swimming' pool is tiny, more like a big bath for relaxing in, not useful as a swimming pool. Gym is basic.

Location is the best very clean and all the staff was very friendly except Omar he was very rude and the way how is talking not good at all , someone was in my door than I didn’t open as soon as I arrived I called the receptionist to check in the camera they didn’t call me back , however when I went to talk to the receptionist I find this guy Omar he start to talk to me very rude and telling me it’s not my business , I said check the camera and his very very rude until I told him next time I will call the police it’s my safety
