Beautiful historic building, excellent location and excellent staff
The hotel needs another renovation:
-Outdated furniture
-showers need to be cleaned better and renovated
-rooftop terrace menu very limited and expensive for what you get

I'm staying 5 nights, 4 days, and the temperature in a room was freezing 15 . After 4 days of complaining ,on a fifth day, it was fixed . After we used all toiletries, no one brings a new one .
It's not a 5 star hotel.

Everything about the hotel was stunning. So easy to get taxis to and from the hotel, as everyone seems to know about Hotel Casa Fuster. The room was a good size, and all the amenities were wonderful. The staff were fantastic! Best five star hotel weve ever stayed in by far. Will definitely stay again.
The only thing we didnt love was the mattress - it was very hard.
