Very nice staff. Beautiful view. Sweet touch of gift of vine and dessert on arrival
The Jacuzzi did not work and needed repairs. The toilet flush stopped working. Repairs were fast and efficient but still inconvenient . The designer make everything look great. But absolutely not practical for comfort. The bathtub is very difficult to get out and the shower leaks to the floor through the glass door

Location.
Superior room had no drawers at all, no full length mirror and smaller bed than other superior rooms. Staff were unfriendly, arrogant, with a “I’m doing you a favour’ serving you. Sky bar area always messy, and event staff were simply rude .

Very nice historical building, rooms are large and quiet, good location that is central, yet a bit outside the core touristy area.
A few things could however be improved, namely:
- the pool on the roof top was literally green. Needless to say I haven’t seen a single person during my entire 4 day stay. Regardless of whether one intends to use it or not, a five star hotel should be able to maintain water quality.
-thermostat in the room didn’t work. Regardless of the temperature you’d set, the AC would never turn off of its own, rendering the room too cold, or if you turn it off manually, eventually becoming too warm.
- the hotel could upgrade their hairdryers. They only had old hair dryer fixed to the wall, without any concentrator nozzle.

We loved the hotel and the location. Situated close to some of the finest Gaudi buildings, the hotel is about 25 min walk to the Sagrada Familia and Pl Catalunya
Our room had a distant view of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel turns the room out twice a day, with unlimited bottled water on demand. The room itself was spacious and we loved our stay in the hotel.
The area is also great for walls and some fantastic food outlets close to the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, but did enjoy some drinks at the rooftop bar which was quite a nice space.
The integrated bath/shower would be a issue for people with limited mobility.

We truly appreciated an early check-in since we landed in Barcelona at 6 am went straight to hotel!!
Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.
This is going to sound a little weird but the fragrance spray they use at the lobby is way too excessive. Not a pleasant smell once you go inside the hotel.
The bathroom setup was not the best. While everything was clean, the overall layout was not very comfortable or user-friendly. The space in the shower felt cramped — the hose was positioned too close to the door, making it feel tight and uncomfortable. Only way to manage it was by using your hand. Shower products were too cheap for a 5 star hotel.

Neighborhood clean and quiet. Hotel exterior very Gaudi-iesche, interior stylish and elegant. Room a little small but pillows, sheets and bed comfort 10/10 pretty bathrooms. Staff wonderful. Quiet between walls and floors nearby cafes, grocers, pharmacy and restaurants
Smell of 'air freshener' or 'hotel scent' was STRONG. I'll 4vever recognize it. But it's like when a man is bathed in cologne. It was excessive.
Lack of available ciffee/tea. I think hotels should provide free coffee and tea in morning. It's inhumane not to lol.

This was our second visit. We loved everything about the hotel. As soon as we arrived there were staff to help with our bags. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. We ate on the top terrace and once again food and staff were ecellent. Breakfast is buffet style with omelettes cooked to order along with an great choice of other items.

A truly romantic stay – our room was very comfortable with a balcony and a beautiful view. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the location was perfect, close to attractions and fabulous restaurants.
