bar area, the pianist and service staff in bar were excellent.
We had to request the roll-in beds four times and they did not arrive until 10:30pm. Completely unacceptable for a family booking.
The room was extremely hot and the air-conditioning was not working. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, which meant traffic noise and sirens from early morning.
After check-out, a door staff member offered to forward our luggage to our next hotel using a hotel vehicle. When we later called to arrange this (as instructed), the duty manager denied this had been offered and handled the situation in a dismissive and confrontational manner.

The room was great, most of the days I even received a wonderful gluten free bread on breakfast, the team was extremely nice and professional
The bar was closed when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it, also for the steam room need to notify 30 minutes before and we had not enough time for that unfortunately

Top class hotel, great location within walking distance of everything, room was lovely with great views, breakfast was amazing with so much choice, staff were so helpful with all our requests, would definitely stay again

Location is great, and the Hotel is a lovely historic building. The overall experience is that of old school, discrete charm, yet with a very modern twist. I cannot comment on Breakfast as we didn't eat at the Hotel for that meal, but did have one dinner there which was really delicious. We had one problem at the hotel, but that was dealt with very quickly and professionally, and to our entire satisfaction. In summary a very classy, relaxing experience..........thank you so much to all the Staff.
Possibly breakfast could be cheaper.

There is nothing we didn't like!! The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, staff were exceptional and food was delicious.
Our room was gorgeous and the hotel really do go out of their way to make the Valentine Package extra special. It was amazing value for money and our only regret was not staying longer.
We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.
There really wasn't anything, if I had to be picky it was the swimming pool is quite small but as it is winter we weren't bothered as no plans to use it.
