Amazing, friendly customer service throughout our trip. The hotel honesty bar on the rooftop is a nice concept and we loved the free teas, coffees, fruit and pastries available all day on the ground floor. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave and the shower pressure was perfect. The hotel is situated right by La Rambla which means we were able to get everywhere by foot. We can for my husband birthday and I ordered a birthday cake - it was exceptional. Great, comfortable, quirky hotel.

Brilliant location down a quiet pedestrian street. The hotel was welcoming and friendly, staff were very accommodating and helpful. The extra large bed was heaven! Room had black out blinds so we managed to sleep peacefully. It was lovely to be able to hear the birds in the morning.
No coffee machine in room.

Very comfy and cozy bed and room. Water pressure of the shower was PHENOMENAL. The towels and such provided were great. A good shower experience can make or break a hotel and this one was awesome. We utilized the “self serve honor system” bar upstairs and it was a great place to relax. Walking distance to so many great things! Would highly recommend this place!
The pillows on the bed could have been a little better and more supportive.

Very good location, clean apartments and friendly staff.
I don’t like the design of the aparments, the fact that the living area is in a separate room was not helpful for us. Also, there was no door separating the shower from the bedroom, which we didn’t like. If you want to go to the bathroom in the night, it’s almost impossible to not wake up your partner, cause you can hear everything since it’s not separated by a door. You can hear people walking on the hallway, when a door closes you feel a burst of air coming in the room.

Room was excellent. Location was a big plus; we were very close to the Gothic Quarter. Taxi was available at the front door, which is not always the case in Barcelona.
Room service was generally good...we had to ask for the coffee bags one morning, the robe was not hung up daily, and there were two water glasses but one of them was being used in the bathroom for toothbrushes so we had to share the other for drinking (why not leave an extra?). We didn't complain because overall the room service was good and clean...these are just small things that could improve a couple's stay!

The breakfast was very generous, with an interesting menu. The 'bedroom' – the seating area was on the other side of the corridor – was comfortable, with a great shower, lots of storage, including Shaker style pegs, and automatic shutters. Staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was provided on request, to avoid having to go downstairs for a hot drink at night. It wasn't the right time of year to sit out on the terrace but the pretty outside shower, surrounded by plants, should be a boon in summer. The sister restaurant Dos Pebrots, around the corner, offered great food.
The promised 24/7 snacks disappeared very quickly, leaving nothing but fruit (no complaint about that) or things like crisps that had to be paid for, after about 4pm. Room service options (from outside restaurant) were limited. The sitting room was a little dreary and fusty (this improved after the window was left open for some time).

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The reception staff deserves special mention — Carlos was absolutely amazing, very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even better. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to everything we needed. Breakfasts were outstanding — delicious, with an excellent and varied menu, plenty of choices for everyone. Overall, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
