1. Check in: Front desk staff super friendly and professional. We passed through Barcelona several weeks before and they kindly offered to store an excess bag for us. It was waiting in our room when we returned. 2. Access by car: The hotel is located on a mostly pedestrian street, but vehicles can still access so taxi drop off and pick up from the hotel entrance. 3. Location: loved returning to the calm of a slightly off the tourist route, mostly pedestrian area, while being only a short and interesting walk to the Rambla, Plaça de Catalunya, and the Gothic Quarter. Lots of places to eat and markets nearby. 4. Amenities: We booked a room with separate sitting area and little balcony which was perfect. The hotel also has a beautiful roof terrace with enclosed sitting areas and honour system for drinks and snacks. The hotel fit out is fantastic; vibrant, modern and considered. It rained a lot during our stay and at one point businesses closed citywide as a result. These beautiful spaces gave us a place to relax without feeling confined to a bedroom. 5. Coffee - drip coffee sachets in the room and free pod coffee available from the hotel ground floor cafe outside of service hours. 6. Bathroom: beautiful green view, strong hot shower (best on trip) and we appreciated the clear hot cold labelling on the taps. 7. Bedroom - very comfortable bed and linen, lots of hanging space.

The stuff was excellent from the front desk (Aimilios and others) to the head chef. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, excellent location and excellent restaurants in collaboration with the hotel!!!

Our stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The room was spacious, and we also had access to an extra room featuring a hammock. Spending time on the rooftop terrace, admiring the city views, was delightful. The "honesty bar"—offering complimentary coffee, tea, water, and light snacks—was a real plus.
