The location and the staff were exceptional as was the food at the ground floor restaurant. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Location, location, location.
Super safe area, a lot of places to go to. 11 min on bike to get to the sea(you can get the bike from them for free). I had the room with the balcony, no complaints whatsoever.

I loved the vibe of the Libertine, which was inviting any time of day or evening. The staff was amazing, very helpful with the few special requests we had. The rooftop restaurant's food was amazing. The coffee shop was a fun spot, we made a new friend there. The close proximity to the metro was perfect. And great (big) towels!

Great location.. friendly staff…restaurant food excellent.
Mini bar too much .. and yet no coffee making facilities ..this was a shame because you had to be dressed and ready to go to have a coffee.

Good location, suite was very sweet, Termas included in our deal which was well worth a visit. Very close to Metro (Tetuan). Imposing staircase welcome! reception staff especially friendly and helpful. Aesthetically good looking hotel and room furnishings though minibar overflowing!
A/c in room was temperamental. Breakfast staff short staffed and overworked (due to a staff shortage one day kitchen was offering limited options). Felt overpriced but may have been marked up for Primavera Sounds weekend.

I loved the Casa Bonay. Very responsive, helpful and friendly staff. A nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Even though my room was on the first floor facing the main street, it was very quiet in the room. I liked the fact that I got a coffee voucher for the little specialty coffee place next door. I would surely go back here again.
A few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes would have made it even better.
