Our room was much better than expected. The hotel had an awesome bar, cafe and restaurant- definitely added a lot of value. The breakfast was great and the staff was so generous. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing street view from my room. Had a wonderful stay overall - friendly staff, had a wonderful massage and the room was spotless. Also, the location was perfect for me. I’ll be back!

Attached to a brilliant coffee shop and great bar. Both with really good food/ drinks/ atmosphere.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern
The window did not fully block out the street noise.
The rooftop and its hot tub was closed. As one of the very few spaces in the hotel beyond your room I wish I had been informed of this in advance. There is a cafe and restaurant which operate separately in the building but only a single room reception room remaining open in this whole hotel.

Very friendly staff, we felt right at home. Beautiful spa! The room was lovely too with enormous bed
The coffee at breakfast was a bit burned, we found that the staff at breakfast could have been a little bit more informative about what are the options to order besides the sweet choices at the buffet.
