I’ve reached out to your customer service team regarding this stay. Awaiting your response. This was my incident- Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent booking at this stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave the property within half an hour of checking in due to a deeply concerning incident involving the property manager. Prior to arrival, I had called the property to request early check-in. The man in the white shirt, who introduced himself as the property manager, personally confirmed to me that my room was ready. When we arrived, the check-in process itself was handled by a lady at the front desk, but this same manager was present and again confirmed in person that our room was ready. My husband and I then went straight to the room after completing the formalities. During this time, my friend (the third guest in our reservation) was feeling unwell and had gone to the washroom near reception. When she returned and asked the manager where we were, he shockingly told her that our room was not ready yet, and that we were waiting on the terrace. He then offered to take her there himself. This was completely untrue, as he was the one who had twice confirmed that our room was ready and knew very well that we were already in the room. My friend, already sick, immediately realized his intentions were not safe and refused to go with him. When she told me what had happened, I confronted the manager directly. At that point, he became visibly nervous and shivering, as if he understood that he had been caught in inappropriate behavior. Given the seriousness of this situation, we did not feel safe staying at the property—especially as two women traveling with only one male companion. We requested a refund, which the manager agreed to but only after deducting €15 for “cleaning.” We accepted at that moment because our priority was our safety.

It was clean, and a huge bonus was to have parking, breakfast in the morning, and a ground floor room.

Staff was amazing and accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The walk to the train to get into town is not bad and is in a safe area. The train is easy to navigate and in about 25 minutes you are in the heart of Barcelona. I would stay here again for my next trip.

Large room! Bed bit hard but okay. Taller beds then most hotels. Price is super. Superchargers outside for EV. Breakfast is good! Would come here again. PS bathroom needs renovating though. Old and bit broken.

Clean and comfortable rooms. But too far from Barcelona, it takes 30 minutes to get there. You will be satisfied if you come by car.
