Very nice and pleasant staff.
Nice breakfast, basic, but meets the expectations.
Some free water is available.
Subway station is right in front of the entrance, but it does not cost any problems in terms of the noise.
Old bathroom, toilet does not work very well.
Too soft mattress.
One big blanket instead of two for a couple of people.
Some noise from the streets is heard through the window although it is closed.

Big room, excellent location, there was a metro station very close. I liked that I could reach the city center very easily. Nice resaturant in walking distance

Staff were brilliant and hotel was clean and mostly well-presented.
Our room had an internal window which was frosted so we didn’t have any natural light in the room.
The gym and pool area were not as nice or spacious as what is shown in the pictures.

Very good room in terms of size, excellent staff with very helpful suggestion in terms of attractions and eating out and location next to the metro station
Bit more variation in terms of breakfast would be good. You can hear noises from the corridor and the outside but this not bothered as too much

Location perfect, right in front of a metro station. The hotel was very good, rooms comfortable and well equipped. Service and staff was perfect and breakfasts were very good as well. There was a small pool at the top floor with a great view at the city and a bar. The water in the pool was unfortunately warm, but still I was nice to jump in after a hot day.
My first room was windowless (well there was a very small window facing internal 'courtyard' which provided neither light, nor air as it was narrow and covered), it felt like a tomb. After my complaint, my room was changed the 3rd day of my stay to a premium room with windows at no extra charge. Don't book rooms facing the courtyard.
The bar should stay open longer than 22:00.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The hotel itself was pleasant and provided a comfortable stay overall. The rooftop area and pool were also a nice addition.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel is not located in the heart of Barcelona, and the surrounding neighborhood did not always feel very safe or pleasant for walking, especially later in the evening.
The food selection was quite limited, both at breakfast and dinner, and could definitely be improved.
Another frustrating issue was the breakfast service. Almost every morning, the staff would clear our plates while we were still eating. If we left the table for just a minute to get coffee, we would often return to find our plates removed even though they still had food on them. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay and made breakfast unnecessarily unpleasant.
