Great location. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good security. Quiet room as requested.
Would have liked to use air conditioning as it didn’t seem to work but we didn’t ask at desk.

We were given a room with a view to city road. It was a bit noisy for us, but the staff reallocate another room that was much quieter.

Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and staff very friendly and helpful. Plus the location was great - especially with the Metro right outside

The location is excellent, with the metro literally right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a 24/7 supermarket in the same building, which is very convenient. The breakfast is amazing, with lots of options, and everything was clean. The staff were also very friendly
The noise level was intolerable, it was impossible to keep the window open, and we could barely hear ourselves talking. It’s worth noting that we were in a street-facing room on the third floor, which likely contributed to the issue. Luckily, we had ear plugs, the only way you could sleep. Additionally, the ‘pancakes’ section at breakfast was disappointing and not tasty at all.

Room was al in all nice. A big plus that we got to borrowing sunchairs and umbrella for free.
We got unlucky getting a room they would smell very badly of food some times during the day. We believe we it was when the kitchen opened.

Great location, the room for 3 people was great size, really clean and met all our expectations. The breakfast .. Wow ! it was just perfect and the most helpful staff. The roof top space was beautiful, stunning views and great cocktails.
It would of been nice if the roof top bar was open a bit later so we could appreciate the space on the evening we arrived or a small bar within the hotel to relax and unwind after the journey.

good location , close to central part by walking distance . good coffee machine in lobby
inner rooms has luck of fresh air with windows opening into closed inside yard . Sounds from it as well as noise outside doors in corridor and nearby rooms are well heard . roof top bar was closed all the time we tried to get there .

Everything! The staff were so nice, they upgraded us from a double room to a (huge) triple room. The pool and rooftop solarium are amazing. Comfortable beds and very clean. Great value! Also very convenient location right next to the subway.
We would have loved if the pool and solarium stayed open a little bit later (it closes at 20h) so we could watch the sunset from the roof, but we understand not wanting to have people on the roof when it’s dark.

The hotel has a great location, close to public transportation, which makes getting around the city very easy. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.
However, a major downside is the music that plays continuously in the bathroom, both day and night, and cannot be turned off. This made it quite difficult to sleep and negatively affected the overall experience.
