On our arrival we asked for a big bed so our kid can sleep with us and they changed our room to a better one with balcony. The receptionist offered a coloring book to my daughter it was so nice. They were very helpful all this time. The hotel is 10m away from the metro but actually we walked to the aquarium, the sea etc. It is near to lots of restaurants. The roof is perfect for chill and pictures
Only the hot water needed 2-3minutes to arrive but everything else was perfect

The location and the staff were great, and I really appreciated the good coffee machine available at the reception.
I was asked to pay a €100 deposit without prior notice. The room was dark, had tinted windows, and faced a wall. Room was noisy. The bathroom ceiling was hanging down, and the fish with sides served at dinner was usually odd.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Close to the city center and tourist areas. Around plenty of good places to eat. Metro station just next to the hotel. Very nice rooftop terrace.

Its location was central and very near to the metro station, bus station. It was walkable to the worth watching destinations.
24 hours coffee service was one of the best we have ever experienced.
The walls were very thin.You could hear each and every noise from the other room. Tolerance for infants was not good . The house keeping did not replace water every day.

My wife and I have stayed here previously on two (2) occasions. Always enjoys the hospitality, location, comfortable & clean rooms and the fantastic breakfast. Summer time at the roof-top bar & pool is a must, especially the scenic view of the city.
Nothing to really complain about as we always feel welcomed and the staff are friendly & accommodating.
For some reason the pool wasn't open during the "winter months" .... lol lol.
