The room was small with uncomfortable beds, but the excellent location—only 20 meters from Paral·lel metro—made exploring Barcelona's attractions very convenient. Breakfast had good variety but lacked warmth from staff, while dinner was uniquely enjoyable thanks to outstanding evening crew who went above and beyond to improve moods. Reception had helpful male staff, though some female staff seemed overly direct and less tourist-friendly.
The breakfast staff were helpful when needed but lacked warmth and pleasantness toward tourists. Some female reception staff came across as rude and overly focused on appearances, sometimes suggesting that assisting tourists wasn't their priority. This contrasted sharply with the outstanding efforts of other team members.

The spacious rooms , the big closet . The 9th floor is a very good place to rest after the check out . We spent time there waiting for the plane time.
