Despite traveling as a family with a child, the hotel had only one stroller which was effectively monopolized by another guest, and the staff’s dismissive response (“not our problem”) reflects a serious lack of responsibility toward guests’ needs.

breakfast is from 07:30. The rooms are small and only a metal chair for sitting in the room. the guests are noisy and the walls are thin allowing sound outside and inside in.

Avoid this hotel to save yourself getting robbed! A member of housekeeping decided they had a right to root through my belongings and rob 200 euro on me.. I had money in a sealed envelope in a bag with my belongs and some theif helped themselve to 200 euro.. I didn't realize till I got to the airport so I sent the hotel a message and they couldn't even be bothered to reply.. I see from other reviews it's a common occurrence I just wish I had of known before hand but you would imagine your property is safe in a hotel room you pay a lot of money for!! Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here after this, people say barcelona is full of pick pockets, sadly they're even in the hotels over here too !!

Location. Helpful & informative staff. Roof top small, but comfortable with nearly 360 view of the city. The Metro is right out the door!
Note: Barcelona CITY ROOM tax is very high & is an additional fee to room cost.
Street life is active & noisy even with windows closed.

The staff was so incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. The location is also good just in front of the metro and bus stop. It was also clean.
The facilities are a little old and need some renovation, like in the bathroom, where there were humidity damages in the ceiling and poorly maintained shower. It is very noisy from the street, noises from both people and cars were very loud. For me it was ok but if you are a light sleeper consider it.

Location was good
The room had no natural light, the winded opened into a lobby so there was no fresh air, Aircon was awful. Woke up with a very sore throat in the morning which has made me poorly.

Comfortable overall. We liked the rooftop pool. We liked the overall field of the place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved having coffee and water downstairs.
Food options close by were scares. I wanted some genuine Spanish food, but could not find one close by.

It was a safe clean areas a lot to do and easy access to all major roads and attractions The hotel offered laundry they had a restaurant rooms were clean and staff was super nice

Comfortable room but no Juliet Balcony as advertised. Roof top bar very nice but closed at 6pm then could only buy drinks in restaurant as no other bar.
