Wonderful
Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very warm, the bed was large and comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. There was a kettle in the room along with tea and coffee facilities. There was also a free tea and coffee machine in the reception area. The hotel was located a few feet from the metro which was brilliant for getting round the city
Unfortunately the TV in the room was not a smart TV so I was unable to connect my phone or iPad to it to watch Netflix which was disappointing. Some of the guests were a little loud but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was great and while I booked a basic room, I have been upgraded to the upper floor suite with massive outdoor terrace. Thanks a lot. Best suite I ever had during MWC
Breakfast, staff, metro literally in front of the hotel, parking in the property (though you need to master your car as the entrance is challenging
