The room had a frosted window, it felt claustrophobic. I should have told them that I need to see the outside.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room service was good. The amenities were good too. Location right next to the metro line was convenient to travel around. If you like walking. Within 20-30 mins radius, you could visit many tourist attractions.

This was my husband and my favourite stay on our honeymoon! The staff were lovely and explained everything to us. We were given a free upgrade with our room and also when we entered, there was a lovely note and bottle of cava from the staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Location wise, we were a walk away from many restaurants and also the market. It was a great location. We also enjoyed breakfast at The Wolf on level 1 which had a lot of variety in breakfast. We also took part in the cocktail making class with Gonzalo who taught us how to make a yummy mojito. The terrace is beautiful with great views and my husband made use of the gym. I loved everything about this Hotel and the staff were so lovely, always helping us with our questions and also getting us a taxi van back to the train station after our checkout. I would highly recommend and when we come back, this will be our preferred accomodation.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Everything made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
