The cleaning staff are annoying and loud all morning, talking at the doors. The hotel staff are unhelpful, and there's no drinking water after midnight. They speak to us in a very bad manner. I wanted to extend my stay overnight and called them, but one of the staff members answered and spoke to me in a very bad way.

Despite the good location, my stay was disappointing. I was given an internal room with only one small window facing the inside, which felt a bit claustrophobic. It made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, a staff member named Sara was not kind to me. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience

The staff were lovely, welcoming, spoke in English - they are your best asset.
Maybe previously the hotel allowed smoking, as you could smell it throughout the hotel and rooms. The opening time of the restaurant was too late. The noise from the cars outside is a bit loud, I dont think the windows are double glazed or noise prohibiting.
