The worst was the staff. Doorman did not say hi nor helped with luggage. Marc at the reception was extremely unprofessional and gave us the wrong room twice, trying to blame us for not specifying all criteria we wanted. Our booking was done in advance and specified that we were traveling with a baby. Yet upon arrival there was no baby bed in the room and we were given a twin bed so the baby could not even sleep in the same bed with us. Mark changed us the rooms but put us again in a room next to the elevator so we were constantly disturbed by people coming in and going out. When we asked for the room to be changed, Mark tried to hold us responsible for not specifying that we needed a room with a baby bed or a king size bed. He was very aggressive and unpleasant. The door to our room also had a hole at the top and the bathroom was very old and shabby. In general, the hotel was outdated and certainly not a 4 star establishment. The breakfast was also disappointing in terms of quality, but also variety. Here too, the man greeting us at the breakfast was not welcoming or patient with us. The garage was very tight and dirty with laundry and old unused parts from rooms hanging around. We do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children or infants.

This hotel was very clean, the rooftop pool was amazing. Also had a bar at the rooftop pool. Right beside the underground tram.
The shower never got warm, wasn’t too big of an issue as it was super warm so we were getting cold showers anyways.

The bellmen were great and very helpful. They were the only ones that would actually recommendations of where to go for dinner, shop or go for a drink.
Front desk staff was not that helpful. They should be able take actual cash for the city tax charge instead of charging it to a credit card. Do not accept a room on the first floor as it way too noisy, thought the window was open the entire time. I understand it is in a busy areas but should be sound proofed better. Gym needs more weights, heaviest is 8kgs.

The location was great. Our room was basic but very clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!
The lifts were a bit challenging. We were on the 7th floor so we had to rely on them.

I liked that it was centrally located within the metro and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is kept clean and neat so thats a plus.
The street noise was a bit much at times there is no sound proofing on the windows.

The location is good
There should be free taxi pick up included in the booking.
Once we found the driver he refused to pick us because we have a 2 years kid ( which was mentioned in the booking) and he said you have to ask for special request for the kid!!!
easily he left us and kept us alone!
Second: the old amenities and cabinet without doors, chargeable water, these also were things we didnt like.

Rooms were very nice and clean, very good air conditioner, staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it's very easy to go to all public attractions using L3/L2 Meteo which was very close to the hotel.
It's also close to very good restaurants and lots of bakeries.
The rooftop view was amazing also. Overall the experience was very excellent.
