the hotel was amazing, clean, tidy and fresh
check in took a long time and they couldn't find our bags we dropped off earlier

The hotel has a great location, the service is excellent, and the room is very clean and tidy.
Room key card sometimes not working. Toilet flush is not strong enough.

Great location. Very nice staff. Comfortable rooms.
Breakfast items were poorly cooked (eggs, bacon, other hot items). Jacuzzi was lukewarm warm at best.

The location, close to the Rambla and the restaurant la Cerveseria Catalana.
The shower in the bath tub. No walking shower.
The temperature in the room was too high 24,5° even when the heating power is off.

Location
Some elements of breakfast surprised us, for instance eggs were available only scrambled, while fried eggs were available only if we would pay extra. For a hotel with 4 stars, that was a bit odd. Other than that fine.

It is located in a very good area. Many attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is great. The staff is very nice and helpful (especially Mohamed, thank him for his kindness).
The hotel needs a little renovation. We had breakfast there once, it didn't make a deep impression on us.

Friendly staff very helpful. Huge rooms and very comfortable.
Only one jacuzzi working and only one side. Thought it had a bar restaurant on the rooftop, shame they don’t do more with it.
