Everything was wonderful. Couldn't fault the place or the very helpful pleasant staff. Location was great for access to many bars and restaurants, but in a quiet area. Many attractions a short walk away. Taxi rank opposite.

Location
Hot tub was cold tub, because the outside temperature was 10C was the reason given for it. It didn’t make sense at all, but pick your battles they say.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no smart TV, and you can only use streaming apps if you own an Android device by mirroring.

I personally enjoyed the fitness facilities, and some staff was very friendly.
The AC does not work well, I would not stay here in the summer.

Their jacuzzi is out of order, very disappointing!
TV was not connected , took 3 days to get fixed . Shower drain was not working , came immediately to fix but this is something should have been resolved before someone checks i to room.

My suggest for the bathroom for shower must add the curtains to avoid water out from the bathtub cause will be dangerously if out from bathtub the floor wet the water if not careful afraid slippery

We enjoyed the location! The room/ hotel was clean and tidy and I through the room had a lovely appeal.
After traveling for 6+ days we were looking forward to hanging in the room, watching tv and ordering room service… but the tv’s don’t work. We called down to the desk for assistance and were informed they just do not work. The food we ordered was not good and certainly not worth the price point. The beds are firm and the pillows lackluster. I did not have a comfortable sleep for 6 nights. Our room keys did not work. We had to get them replaced daily, and that is not an exaggeration. I read the small print so I was aware (after booking) that the tubs are not “hot tubs” and the hours for the bar/ lounge upstairs are short and hard to catch. The staff were very friendly. The issues were out of their control.

Honestly had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon, Eva is amazing. She’s very sweet and nice she helped us with our check in and was available for any questions that we had. Mohammad is great he’s a wonderful staff who helped us. It was such an amazing stay especially that the room is very specious for two. It is very clean with a special view overlooking the beautiful city of Barcelona. and the location is very central and near many attractions. Most importantly the bus station is very near the hotel. Recommended!!

We really liked the old school vibe of the hotel, but the amenities were very modern and clean. The hotel rooms were super large, which is something we highly appreciate. The room even had a walk in closet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also liked the breakfast buffet very much, it had many many options.

The only thing to say that I didn't like was the bed was very hard... but to find a king bed I'll take it that it was hard
