The location was excellent, lots of places to eat and have a drink. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom large but with a shower over a high bath. The room was spacious with 2 chairs a table and a built in desk. The staff that made up the room each day were excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly.
Trying to get into the shower by stepping into the high bath. Breakfast was a bit lack lustre and often the staff member wasn't at the front to take your room number and then would rudely come rushing over to you to demand your room number as though you had done something wrong. You couldn't set the temperature in the room it just kept going back to 21.5c

I liked the location, just a 3 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia in the best neighbourhood in Barcelona, very safe, the hotel was very clean, the bed was very big and comfortable.

Excellent location for accessing the attractions mostly on foot. Beautiful, classy hotel with added touches to make it super special. Fabulous concierges who went over and above. Lots of extra public sitting areas. Rooftop terrace and bar with jacuzzis. Great range of breakfast items.
Pillows were joined so one person couldn’t sit up reading while the other slept. Air conditioner didn’t always work. Pump action toilet that took a bit of getting used to.

Center the location is perfect , to some extend clean
The phone not working , the maintanance guy came but said that line not working , i told the reception but not fixed asked me to tell the manager to change the room but wasy last night, i even came down my self to have bunch of sugar!!!

Second time staying at same hotel. Very good location, friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Like the tea and coffee facilities in the room, also big size rooms and ours had a balcony as well. We also like the fact that the hotel has a fitness room, not big, but big enough.
Our room was not cleaned in the morning and was left until 4pm to do (which is within their housekeeping rules) At that time we were already back from our day out and went without housekeeping. Not a huge issue for us but if you would like your room cleaned before 2pm ask at reception to make sure it’s done by that time. We had a very nice stay.

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff especially concierge. Large comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Great lounge and sitting areas. Nice rooftop terrace and bar with hot tubs.
Toilet is a pump system so took a while to get used to. Tea and coffee not always topped up by housekeeping but easy to get supplies from reception,

Size and cleanliness of the room. Location. Buffet breakfast.
We were subjected to incredibly rude behavior by a receptionist on checking out. There were two receptionists on duty when we needed to check out at 7.30 and both were dealing with one client who was taking a long time to check out. When I said that we were in a hurry the male receptionist was extremely rude .He didn't even try to help my elderly wife with her suitcase. We were treated like a nuisance. I would not recommend this hotel when they employ staff who are so rude and unfriendly.
