The location was great
The room keys were a huge problem. They actually never worked during my staying and everytime I try to open my room the card didn’t worked. I had to go down to the lobby for them to make the key work, I went more than 10 times downstairs and just because of that I choose not to stay in that hotel the other days I had left. The staff opened the door of the room even though I didn’t had the cartel and I lost some stuff that I could never find

İt was very central.
The hotel staff were quite rude and bad-tempered, so I felt uncomfortable asking for anything. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room as a welcome gesture.
The rooftop pool was also disappointing. One pool was completely closed, and the other was very small and occupied by one guest, so we couldn’t use it.
Overall, the hotel felt rather unwelcoming and lacking in hospitality.

Location was great. Center of the city.
Day one when we arrive the hot water was out. Coming back from a humid area and having no ability to have a warm shower or a nice shower it was just cold water. Hot water wasn’t available until 8:39 PM that night after traveling over 24 hours we had already gone to bed. Requested some type of compensation from the staff and they said no you have water available even though it was cold.

Room very clean and nice, exactly as in the pictures and with Aircon which is a plus in europe.
Very central location, we walked to most of the places.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choices of all kind.
