Wonderful
Very clean, lovely door/luggage men. Nice spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. All extras included.
It was great only thing was there was a lot of banging through the early hours of the morning 3am then 5am .

It was clean and safe
The receptionist made me pay tax twice for 2 people when, the first time was understandable because we were 2 then when I changed my room, she made me pay city tax again for two people, when the next time I was alone, and when I confronted her she was really rude about it and said the money would come back to me when it never did, and since I already paid city tax in the beginning of my stay I’m sure I didn’t have to pay again, anyway that was such an uncomfortable and stressful situation to be put in especially since she asked for it to be paid a few minutes before I was heading to the airport for my flight. Be careful everyone.

We had a room on the 2nd floor above the reception area that was too noisey , but as soon as we asked to be moved the staff helped us move to a different room that was much better.

The location was great, bus and metro were very close to the stay. Breakfast was good, had a decent list of options. Room was good and clean. Staff were very friendly, the receptionists helped with recommendations around the city.
Blackout curtains did not close completely, had to use my wife's hair clip to hold it. In summer with sunrise early in the morning, this is something to fix. The toilet flush took some time to understand (you have to tap once, release and then press and hold for it to flush properly). I see a lot of reviews around the curtain and the toilet flush. Some work on this can help.
Also the food options were mostly the same when you stayed more than 2 days, could help with a bit of variety.

Central location made everything a breeze. Staff were always attentive and polite. When we didn't require cleaning and needed to rest while sick no one hassled us. This was truly a bonus.
Cost was a bit above what we paid in other Spanish and Portugal cities. Nightclub was a bit loud when we tried to sleep.

Location , staff where friendly , room view was wonderful , bed was soo comfortable , cleaned every day , the setting is a perfect location for seeing the sites , the hot tub on the roof top was sensational first thing in the morning definitely a must do.
The only thing I would say is , 2 nights in a row the staff in the restaurant made mistakes with our drinks order.
I didn’t say anything the first time and it wasn’t really a problem , the second time they fixed it straight away.

Amazing location three blocks away from Casa Batlló and within walking distance to all the major stores and avenues in the Gothic Quarter. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again!
Front desk staff were very busy, often stopping what they were doing (checking me in) to answer the phones and talk to one another (business related), making the check in process very chaotic and lengthy. I had to ask several times for my held luggage as well. Additionally, I had booked a room with three beds, but apparently only put two people on the reservation, so instead of honoring the room I requested through Booking.com, they assigned us a room with two beds and refused to accommodate with another bed of some sort. I ended up having to book a second room, which was frustrating and an additional cost. I would recommend booking through the hotel directly.

Really clean, comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well.
Staff were really nice and accomodating.
Shower and bathroom were nice.
Room was a good size without being massive.
The jacuzzis at the top floor are warm so couldn’t cool down in the summer months, would’ve been nice if one was cold and the other warm.
