Location was great. Center of the city.
Day one when we arrive the hot water was out. Coming back from a humid area and having no ability to have a warm shower or a nice shower it was just cold water. Hot water wasn’t available until 8:39 PM that night after traveling over 24 hours we had already gone to bed. Requested some type of compensation from the staff and they said no you have water available even though it was cold.

Room very clean and nice, exactly as in the pictures and with Aircon which is a plus in europe.
Very central location, we walked to most of the places.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choices of all kind.

The room was kept very clean throughout our stay with towels being changed daily and toiletries being replaced every day. The roof top bar was a lovely touch to the hotel as the view was exceptional and the place was extremely tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very comfortable with great air conditioning and seating areas.
Nothing the room was kept perfect by cleaners.

The location was excellent
No hot water for full day , I booked two rooms , one room with excellent air condition and the other room has really bad air condition (26.5 C always ) many times informed the room services and no action
