Not much to like. Staff weren't interested in being friendly. We had banging and drilling occur right behind the room wall that was so loud . They said it was from the other building and not able to stop it. It stopped finally.

Friendly and very helpful staff, great location, spacious rooms. I have trouble sleeping with any sound so they immediately gave me another room that wasn't facing the main road. Truly appreciate this gesture!
I would've liked a box of tissues in my room.

Good location. The staff was very helpful.
As a 4 star hotel, I would not expect worn carpet on the stairs, hair dryers fixed to the wall, no heat control on the dryers. These dryers do not allow one to properly dry one side or the back ... I am not a contortionist. They can burn the hair and are simply not acceptable in a 4 star. An adequate supply of Kleenex would also be appreciated.

Fantastic location, beautiful smell of flowers on entering the hotel and staff very accommodating.
Hot tubs on the roof were a bonus at the end of the day.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room could be better.
