Found (and killed) a cockroach in the bathroom. Told the front desk who were not very concerned. Must happen a lot

Taxi stand out front made navigation a breeze. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff friendly and helpful. The one negative was our room was hot and sleeping was sub optimal.
Working air conditioning. I found it odd the bathrooms did not have washcloths and the windows didn’t have blackout curtains

Room location was above main entrance to hotel. A bit noisy, but we are in a city. No issue really
Our room did not have air conditioning that was working. Our other family members room did not have air as well. Very uncomfortable to sleep without window open.....on main street. Not a lot of sleep was had by either room

The staff were friendly and helped us out with umbrellas as it was a rainy Friday evening.
Everything was great there were no dislikes.

We found the room to be spacious and comfortable
The rumble of the subway that we could hear in our first floor room.
We also would have liked the hot tubs to be open later than 8pm so we could have used them at the end of our day to relax.

Location was amazing. It was also very clean.
I asked for double bed and paid for it but they joined two single bed instead. It was interesting that they did not even leave a bottle of water as a welcoming although huge amount is paid. Dry cleaning prices were very expensive compared to other hotels. 16 euros for a jacket.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to everything yet just far enough away from the tourist hordes at placa Catalina.
Like most of Europe they undercook scrambled eggs and bacon at their breakfasts
