The hotel was lovely excellent position food abd drink very reasonable
The were 10 of us and i am extremely claustrophobic so i messaged 3 times for a lower floor i was given a room in 5th floor the receptionist wasnt interested in moving me. I had to walk from reception to 5th floor constantly which is alot of steps. The other rooms that all arrived later in the day than us were on floors 1 and 2 they had no problems going in a lift.

The property is just perfect! Everything is literally a walking distance from all attractions like la ramblas,safrada familia and passaige de gracias! The hotel is clean, very calm and staff are very very helpful! You get to also have alot of restaurants options and a supermarket in the area i will definitely come back to it!

The hotel is excellent, very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was outstanding, with great variety and quality every morning. The staff was also very thoughtful — during my aunt’s birthday, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the room, which made our stay even more special. I truly appreciated that gesture and would definitely recommend this hotel.
There were only a couple of small details that could be improved. I booked a family room while traveling with two elderly family members, and although the room was spacious, it only had one double bed and did not offer separate beds. Also, the bathroom only had a bathtub and no walk-in shower option, which can be a little concerning when traveling with elderly guests. Aside from these minor points, everything else was very good.

Room was larger than expected with great view into the city. We loved the walk-in wardrobe opposite the bathroom and the amount of storage was incredible. The bed was large and comfortable and even a pillow menu!.
We were disappointed the roof top bar was never open (even ended up going to rival hotel's roof top bar).
Also we went to reception to order a taxi pick-up for following day - receptionist typed away on screen and said fine; however following day we came down and checked with reception where we should wait and they said they dont do taxi bookings (VERY ODD) - however they did get a taxi hailed for us.

It needs some entertainment at least one night a week whether pianos playing or spainsh dancing or something else to attract more residends together and generate income for the hotel. The hotel should provide breakfast this will help to new staff and more guests will dine in hotel.
