first time in this hotel , staff was very proffesional the location also was great to walk to la Rambla and I all ready recommended the hotel to some friends from USA , they make reserversatio allready ; great NEGRONI at the bar was exceptional thank you to the Bartender please

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which I booked through Booking.com.
Firstly, I noticed that I was overcharged compared to the price confirmed in my Booking.com reservation. The final amount charged by the hotel was higher than the agreed booking price, and this was not explained clearly to me.
Secondly, I would like to report a serious hygiene issue during breakfast. In the breakfast area, near the water and beverage station, I noticed a small cockroach (or an insect similar to a cockroach). I immediately informed the staff, and although they removed it, this situation was very unpleasant and concerning.
These issues negatively affected my experience and do not meet the standards I expected from your hotel. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate compensation or a refund for the overcharge be considered.

The heating system did not work appropriately. It was so hot that we needed to turn it off (December). It was not possible to regulate it ourselves from the room. The building is old without proper remodeling.

location was great, very close to the center, close to the casa Batllo and casa mila, also you ca find the bus station and metro in 3 min.

Hot tub was cold tub, because the outside temperature was 10C was the reason given for it. It didn’t make sense at all, but pick your battles they say.

Everything was wonderful. Couldn't fault the place or the very helpful pleasant staff. Location was great for access to many bars and restaurants, but in a quiet area. Many attractions a short walk away. Taxi rank opposite.

I personally enjoyed the fitness facilities, and some staff was very friendly.
The AC does not work well, I would not stay here in the summer.

Their jacuzzi is out of order, very disappointing!
TV was not connected , took 3 days to get fixed . Shower drain was not working , came immediately to fix but this is something should have been resolved before someone checks i to room.
