I personally enjoyed the fitness facilities, and some staff was very friendly.
The AC does not work well, I would not stay here in the summer.

The location was fairly ok .
Staff was very rude and un welcome . Check-in process was too time consuming . Was too process oriented . Though I fully paid for the 2 nights , since my wife could not initially provide a card for local taxes , they let her wait at the reception with children and luggage till I had to come back and provide the Credit Card .
The property is fully run down . The walls are quite dark , the head rest of bed had molds .
The flush did not work properly , it was taking tooo long to get filled . I reported the issue in the morning so that they coudl fix it by evening . Evening when I reached reception , I asked whether fixed . They reply was curt . If reported it would have been fixed . But the issue not fixed . Then I again called , they mentioned since Sunday they were not able to fix .
This is the only property recommended by Booking for Families and I deeply regret booking at the property .
As with many other reviews of late . Stay away from this property

Their jacuzzi is out of order, very disappointing!
TV was not connected , took 3 days to get fixed . Shower drain was not working , came immediately to fix but this is something should have been resolved before someone checks i to room.

Location and nice hotel near the downtown
My suggest for the bathroom for shower must add the curtains to avoid water out from the bathtub cause will be dangerously if out from bathtub the floor wet the water if not careful afraid slippery

- The location was very good and convenient for getting around.
- The hotel and our room were clean, which we appreciated.
- Although it’s listed as a 4-star hotel, the overall experience didn’t match that standard.
- Basic amenities that even 2- or 3-star hotels usually provide were not included.
For example, we asked for a simple knife to cut a lemon in our room, and we were told we had to pay for it. This felt unreasonable and made us question the value for the price we paid.

We enjoyed the location! The room/ hotel was clean and tidy and I through the room had a lovely appeal.
After traveling for 6+ days we were looking forward to hanging in the room, watching tv and ordering room service… but the tv’s don’t work. We called down to the desk for assistance and were informed they just do not work. The food we ordered was not good and certainly not worth the price point. The beds are firm and the pillows lackluster. I did not have a comfortable sleep for 6 nights. Our room keys did not work. We had to get them replaced daily, and that is not an exaggeration. I read the small print so I was aware (after booking) that the tubs are not “hot tubs” and the hours for the bar/ lounge upstairs are short and hard to catch. The staff were very friendly. The issues were out of their control.

Pleasant
The hotel was really in the best location possible and the building and decoration was really nice. Our room was nice too.
When we entered the room, it had a strange smell, like it hadn’t been properly aired. It also wasn’t very clean for a 4-star hotel — there was dust in several spots and the chair was dirty. We had also booked it for the jacuzzi, but they told us it wasn’t working properly and the water was only 26°C. Overall, the hotel was okay, as we only went there to rest and did not spend much time..but not what we expected.
