Breakfast, though a la carte, was more than adequate. The breakfast room order came slightly late and wasn't cleared until till much later in evening. Location, was close to many attractions including Christmas market.
Staff were not very familiar with the attractions and directed us to the wrong basalica for the Luminiscence light show.
The air-conditioning didn't work on our second night. It became warm and stuffy. We were offered a room change but as it was already very late and we were tired, we didn't want to pack all our stuff and move. Staff provided a fan and we kept the windows open.

The hotel was located in perfect location to all nearby attractions. We had wonderful stay at this hotel. Will definitely be back next time.

only issue is getting a taxi or car due to location so just plan ahead.

Did not have the breakfast.
Location is excellent, walking distance to all major attractions. las Ramblas , a 5 min walk.
Loads of restaurants around the hotel.
Friendly helpful staffs.
Xmas market was just around the corner which gave a good Xmas presence.
