All the staff were so kind and friendly. We first met Daniel at the front desk and felt welcomed right away. Our room was ready early for us as well. In the beautiful garden restaurant we were waited on by Wally. He was amazing, and we really appreciated his friendly help with the menu choices. The food was awesome. I can't say enough about our stay there. The room was so comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Barcelona. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness!

Cleanliness of the facilities.
The staff was exceptional.
Large room and comfortable.
There is nothing one can do about location of a building but even for taxi drivers it is difficult to find.
Ate at restaurant one evening found the service to be slow. And it would be ideal if they offered more regional dishes on their menu.

The Location is amazing close to a lot of shopping stores and the room designed to let you have privacy where you can’t hear anyone in the hallway passing through

It was an excellent location. The room was modern and comfortable. A lot of people have complained about the spaciousness of the rooms but we personally thought it was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The location was perfect! Beautiful walking area in the Gothic area and close to restaurants and shops.
Streets can be at times congested with bikes, or work being done on the area.

The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff was kind, professional and accommodating. The location was great.
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Our family had 3 bedrooms and all complained the next morning and felt the same. The hotel is wonderful and all they need to do to make it an incredible experience in every aspect is to add mattress-toppers. Otherwise loved our stay

The Hotel Barcelona Catedral was a modern hotel in a great location close to the Barri Gotic. Breakfast was very good.
The staff was competent but rather indifferent. The room was relatively small but had every needed amenity including a refrigerator.

Location was ideal for wondering in the old city. Hotel appeared newly renovated with very up to date amenities. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Could not have been more pleased with choice of hotel in Barcelona.
