Great location around the corner from the Cathedral. The hotel provides free walking tour on Sunday morning at 10am was appreciated. Very informative guide about the Gothic walls was the hilight of my visit. Steps away from food and shopping. I had to catch an early flight the next morning therefore I missed the amazing breakfast.

Centrally located, quiet street, relaxing room, great staff and breakfast.
Our AC was not working that well but they offered us a fan and also to change rooms. Very accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. They had a wine & cheese event every day at 5:30pm.
The shower door was broken and after reporting it, it was not fixed.They thought it got fixed but it didn’t. I paid booking.com for this hotel and they said booking only made the reservation and they charged me again. I paid for the room for 2 days twice. Needed a place to stay. I need a refund from booking. They said booking never paid them.
