Centrally located. Great welcoming service. Friendly staff. Gave us a really nice welcome gift. Clean, comfortable room. Great shower and quality bath products.
No coffee maker in room. Had tea maker. Gym hours too limited; not open 24/7.

We loved the location, proximity to various attractions. The front desk staff was AWESOME and very helpful. Jacinto was super helpful and helped us a lot with our bags.
Waleed in the bar was superb!

A lovely hotel located in the Gothic Quarter very close to the cathedral. Our room was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, and with a very comfortable king bed (we had our best night's sleep there!). We were only there one night, but would have happily stayed for more. There's complimentary wine and (yummy) cheese in the afternoon, and we were lucky enough to be there on Wednesday evening and could partake in the excellent complimentary walking tour. If you're there on a Wednesday or Sunday, do go on it. Very informative and interesting. The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful. A great stay in the heart of Barcelona!

Great location right between the kissing wall and the church. Walking distance to many places including the bus station A1 to the airport. The shopping street between the bus station and the hotel is great. The king size bed is the most comfortable bed I had over many Europe visits. The soft water in the shower is a good surprise. My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. Definitely love this place. The breakfast is amazing in both quality and quantity comparing with the breakfast places nearby. Modern room design, the separate door for the bedroom is really good. The hotel is located in the popular tourist place, strangely we don’t hear noise although our room is facing the main road connecting the kissing wall and the church. Even we walked through the Christmas market in front of the church, the noice is not as we expected. Looks like the open area absorbed sound.

Everything! Great location, trendy but charming and homey, I feel comfortable whether in my room or the dining area. Staff were very helpful and kind (airline had lost luggage).

Location was the best. Easy walks to many sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was left with the lights on, so on our return, when we inserted the card gor electricity, the room wasn't dark. Took advantage the Happy Half Hour wine and cheese-very welcoming.

A fantastic spacious room, quiet, very clean and with good view. The highlight was the bathroom, enormous with a double shower.
The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was clearly old and not of the quality expected in this category of hotels.
