Wonderful
Earlier checkin was amazing given our early flight. Generous welcome drink and nightly cheese and wine hour. Modern room, super comfortable bed, amazing shower and lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Location is amazing, great spot, our 4th stay here. Appreciated the late checkout too! Love this hotel.
Perhaps could add a coffee pod machine in the room.
Room on the smaller side, fine for European travellers for a weekend stay but for long haul travellers with large bags we struggled to find room for them!

Location was perfect for all our plans, we walked everywhere except Sagrada Familia which was easily accessible by metro minutes away from the hotel.
Breakfast is good and a 5 pm wine and cheese hour daily is a nice touch. The area is busy, many tours meet by the Catedral which is 2 min walking from the hotel, so just have to be careful and watch your surroundings.
Breakfast is the same every day, would be nice to have a little variety.

Good location, nice facility.
Staff were neutral, I asked to have a king bed but was informed that only a twin was available and I could get a king the second night onwards, no one from reception bothered to contact me to assist with this, however overall nice location and staff were overall okay on checkout as well. I would stay here again.

Perfect location for exploring the city.

I will recommend this hotel to others as the choice for BCN
A fair but of construction and street renovation on our visit.
View from bedroom window was of homelessness (street sleepers) which was very sad to see for many reasons

Excellent location. In interesting Gothic quarter close to the cathedral. 6 minutes walk from Plaça da Catalunya, a good transit hub for trains and buses. Roof top swimming pool a bonus.
Door to outside breakfast area closed very noisily continuously throughout service. Housekeeping were slow to respond to replace missing items.

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options. Room size was okay, but beds were not that comfortable. Location was really good and we felt like we were close to everything.
Pool was nice, but the view was a bit sour - it overlooks old broken down buildings which is sad because the pool area is nice. There is no bar at pool, but you can call down and order drinks and they will bring them up to you. Cost was a bit expensive for what it was.
