The location is fabulous. The gothic quarter has so many beautiful narrow streets and restaurants. Rooms were well designed and had everything you need. Loved the cheese and wine at 5!

I am disappointed with how this issue was handled. The staff were not cooperative, did not listen to my concerns, and repeatedly interrupted me before I could finish explaining the situation. I found this to be unprofessional. I used to enjoy staying at this hotel because of the excellent service and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very different, and the level of customer service has noticeably declined.

The staff are smiley and friendly. Room is spacious with sunlight coming from the window. Shower is great. Nice delicious breakfast. Good location but very busy during the day.
There is a bad smell in the room that didn't go away that might be from the ac. The pool is nice but the area there is not very well taken care of.

The room was spacious, comfortable and had good amenities. Hotel is ideally located for exploring the main attractions by foot.
Access to the hotel car park is very difficult because of the narrow roads and driving restrictions. The hotel has an option to use nearby 24 hour public car park which is much easier to access but i wasn't told this until later in my stay.
