Everything was excellent, from the front desk to the maid service. The location in the Gothic section was perfect to get a feel for the history of the area. They had an incredible guide who took us on a walking tour and we learned so much. We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Everything. The manager of the reception staff helped us in a professional way to overcome some problems.
First night it was noisy. Next they changed our room.

Location was fabulous but very noisy at night.
Female receptionist particularly friendly and helpful.
A lovely,complimentary cheese and wine tasting offered
Not enough coffee,tea etc supplied. No Spoons just stirrers.
Toiletries were sparse.
Had to ask for shower caps,towels etc each day.
It was the most pressing issue to me.

I loved the fresh decor throughout and in the room. Great for doing makeup! The bed was huge and sooo comfy and there was a full length mirror in the room. Essential! Nice and dark at night and I really liked the wardrobe area and the huge bright shower.
A lovely bar area in the hotel too and staff were very friendly. Great location and I’d highly recommend.
