The breakfast every morning was fantastic! Lots of choices, hot and cold. Everything was very fresh. Fruit, breads, pastries, cheeses, meats.Coffee machine that made lattes, cappuccino, etc. The room was a bit small but had everything needed. Lots of electrical outlets. Nice shower. AC
No parking. We didn't have a car but we had a guest that had a difficult time finding a place to park.

The location was fantastic and within walking distance of the Gothic quarter. The front desk staff was very helpful with directions, maps, and dinner recommendations.
The room was rather small and very dark with only one small window.

Great location, super clean and convenient and wonderful breakfast!!! The staff is just so helpful and friendly and it was a really great stay. All of the staff was amazing. We especially loved Luis and Karen as they went the extra mile but all of the staff made a huge difference

The location was both good and bad. Good as it was close to Las Ramblas and the historic Gothic area, but bad because you turn the wrong direction and you are in a very sketchy area.
Rooms and bathrooms were small and not well appointed, sheets and towels seemed thin and dingy. AC did not work!

Very Good
It was a very comfortable room, we had a great breakfast and the mattress was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The main criticism we had was the air conditioning not working. I got the impression that it was broken across the building when I reported it. However this wasn't made known to us until we reported it and found out for ourselves. Fortunately we stayed at the end of March when it wasn't too warm, but even then we had the bedroom and bathroom windows fully open to keep the room cool. If it had been peak summer this would have been a big problem for us, and we would have had no way of finding out that the air conditioning was broken until we had arrived.
