The concierge and staff, generally was exceptional. We loved the spacious and very comfortable room. The hotel was too crowded but this didn’t undermine the whole perception.

fantastic service, very big and spacious rooms, one of the best beds I have slept in, great on site restaurant, amazing choice with breakfast buffet
it is currently still being refurbished, so no spa or pool open

I like the hotel close to the beach and have a nice good view. Staffs are helpful and assist to sort out my reservation. House keeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean. They are also attentive to small details.
The shower cubicle drain is clogged and water cannot drain properly. It flooded to the other bathroom area. I believe the drainage should maintain better form time to time.
