Very nicely renovated room, very clean.
The approach of staff, long queues, no interest from the staff, we did not even get menu option on the first breakfast in the restaurant, had to put dirty dishes away ourselves. Only two elevators (out of 6) were working, sometimes we had to wait even like 10mins to enter the elevator.

Room with sea view was amazing! Definitely nicest room I've ever had in a hotel. Pools are nice and clean and warm.
Staff is generally very nice
There was a long wait in the restaurants especially in their bar. I had to remind staff about our group.
Check-in takes forever
The surroundings of the hotel are dirty. I think that 5 start hotel should not end their care 1 milimeter outside of their premises. They should pressure wash the sidewalks, at least! Maybe even invest into renovation. It is weird to leave 5 start hotel and immediately be on dirty stinky street. There is no elegant way to get to the beach
Our stay was nice, but definitely did not feel like "Ritz" 5 star quality and I don't think that price reflects the quality. I would expect a bit more.

The best hotel in Barcelona. We had a lovely stay and definitely will be back. People working here are so friendly and attentive to details. Rooms are beautiful, modern and well equipped.

It’s rare that a hotel really is close to perfect and I think this most definitely is!
Everyone was helpful and friendly who worked there and it felt safe and relaxing.
The room was incredible- really clean and stylish and the bathroom was such a treat.
Location great
Pool and pool restaurant was very good.
We are keen to come again as it was excellent.

I like the hotel close to the beach and have a nice good view. Staffs are helpful and assist to sort out my reservation. House keeping did an excellent job to keep the room clean. They are also attentive to small details.
The shower cubicle drain is clogged and water cannot drain properly. It flooded to the other bathroom area. I believe the drainage should maintain better form time to time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel ARTS ! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was simply breathtaking.
The staff went above and beyond — they were so helpful and even spoiled me with thoughtful surprises throughout my stay.
I truly felt cared for in every way.
I’m already dreaming about coming back to this beautiful hotel!
