Very friendly service, wonderful and spacious room, great side sea view. Pool area.
paying 60 Euro per night to keep the car parked. No gym, no spa, massage only.

Nice refurbished rooms. Staff are exceptionaly nice.
Extensive renovations ongoing. Much of the lobby floor and the gardens are not in use.
Adult pool closed for whole stay. Outside was like a building site. Work scheduled to continue to mid 2027.
Have stayed several times before so know how much is being compromised at the moment.
Oh….and the aircon keeps reverting to 22 degrees….when we wanted it at 19 at night.

We booked on of the most expensive room. Room was great view of the sea stunning.
The property is undergoing major renovation and it’s not indicated on the listing. We were greeted by a pile of construction material at the entrance and were right next to the construction area during breakfast. On top of that the entrance was occupied by a temporary checking counter for a group of over 200 guests from China. The hotel management did not separate regular guests from the 200+ group for breakfast and it was a total mess. Even though we understand the need for the hotel to do MICE, it should not affect regular guests. Lastly we were charged EUR 50 for parking which is quite outrageous knowing how much we paid for the room.

Absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Arts Barcelona! From check-in, the service was flawless and thoughtful, warm, and professional. The room was spacious, immaculate, and that Mediterranean sea view is unreal. The pool area was very clean and you're a few steps from Barceloneta beach. Breakfast at Bites is a must there were so much choice and everything fresh. It truly feels like a Ritz-Carlton level of luxury but with that relaxed Barcelona spirit. Will definitely be back. 10/10.

By far the best hotel we ever visited. Staff was very helpful all around and have gone an extra mile to celebrate our 30y anniversary
The room (suite) was out of world on 31st floor - corner.
Every detail was perfect and the suite was decorated with so much taste.
The restaurant (with 2 Michelin star) is special experience and is - must visit!
