Location was great. Close to the beach and metro station
The hotel was great. No complains about that. Had to shorten my stay because they moved the soccer game in Madrid up a day earlier and hotel would not waive my cancellation fee because of a third party booking

The lifts were a little inconsistent - had a few issues but nothing that spoiled the stay.

Extremely friendly staff! Nicely renovated. Exceptional service , early check in , check out with access to resting room - both without any extra charges. I’ve stayed in other great hotels in Barcelona but have to say this was my favourite.
No direct access to the beach- could be due to ongoing renovation.

And the restaurant… absolutely mind-blowing. The hotel’s 2 Michelin-starred restaurant is a culinary masterpiece in every possible way. Every dish is pure art, bursting with creativity, precision, and unforgettable flavors. Without a doubt one of the finest dining experiences in the world. The tasting menu was beyond spectacular and exceeded every expectation.
This hotel sets a completely new standard for luxury, elegance, and gastronomy. Absolutely flawless. Absolutely unforgettable. A true masterpiece.

Front desk team charged us € 600 when we checked-in as prepaid services. When we checked-out they did not pay us back the outstanding balance (€ 200+) they said they will credit our card with in 2/3 days but nothing came from them since then although I’ve reminded them a massage trough booking service but nothing came luck.
Also, room service staff were very rude. They interned our room just to place (2 water backs & 2 pieces of chocolate) and to shift the rubbish from room can to shopping paper bags.
No room make up performed by them at that time.

The room was new and perfect! Very comfortable, very clean, nothing to say, it was perfect!
The reception area and all of the parking entrance etc are very old, so first impression arriving at the hotel wasn’t great. Also, it is packed with people everywhere and there’s no charm. The rug on the floors has holes and is old. They are renovating but there was a lot of noise with the works in front of our room and this wasn’t communicated (they did give us earplugs but honestly paying 600 EUR per night to wake up with works at 8am is not ok. Price should have been lowered during the time of the works..
