Disappointing
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were extremely dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The staff member at check-in was not polite or welcoming. In addition, the breakfast was very poor, with a very limited selection. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Front desk was super helpful. Shower was heaven. Beds were extremely comfortable. Blackout curtains were great. Everything was wonderful. Rooftop was amazing.
The scent from the reed diffusers was overpowering. Every time I walked into the reception area I started sneezing.

Positive aspects:
The hotel’s location is good if you want to visit Casa Batlló or Casa Milà, although you will need to walk a bit to reach other attractions. The breakfast was tasty and quite good. It was also very nice to spend time on the rooftop during the day or in the evenings.
Negative aspects:
There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the hotel room. On the 6th floor, there was also a noticeable chlorine smell because of the rooftop pool. The pool is not heated. At the rooftop bar, one older waitress behaved very rudely toward guests. On the following evening, however, a male staff member served us and the service was excellent.

We loved our quadruple room - the perfect arrangement for us and our two teenage children. We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. We absolutely loved the roof terrace, both the pool and bar.
A couple of pool loungers need replacing but otherwise it was perfect.

Rooms noisy until late and again noisy in the morning. Would avoid rooms on 1st floor if you're a light sleeper
