Location is excellent, staff are polite and professional.
Room is clean and spacious.
Windows are not insulated so room is noisy specially at night. Bed is not very comfortable.

The location was what made us book the place, and it was convenient enough to walk around but also take the bus or train to further places. Check in and check out was also an easy process
We had the do not disturb sign on except for one day as we were running out of conditioner. Housekeeping that came in that day did not refill the conditioner. So we had to call reception for more conditioner. The receptionist had asked us to go down to reception to get it. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected them to come to the door, rather than for me to go down to them. Usually when I request something from housekeeping, it gets sent to my door. I guess I was just expecting the same from a 4 star hotel? It made me question what makes a hotel 4 stars rather than 3 or less.
Also, there was a small section for pastries and water next to the lift. I was helping myself to the pastries one day before getting told off that it was for check in guests only. Firstly, there was no sign. There were just tongs and tissues to use for the pastries and empty glasses and a jug of water for drinks. There was also some kind of champagne I think? But I didn't take much notice of it as I am pregnant so I did not really look at it. But to be told off when there was no sign was a bit much. Also, I wasn't offered any of this when I checked in, so how would people know?
The walls also had very poor soundproofing. This was the worst part of our stay which probably made me more annoyed about the aforementioned incidents. Granted, there is not much the hotel can do about soundproofing now, but I am just giving my honest feedback. The first 2 nights we were woken up in the middle of the night by what sounded like a screaming toddler that frankly didn't sound like they were even in the room next door. Obviously, I take pity on the parents and just ignored it as much as I could, but this definitely did annoy me. They must have checked out after that as I didn't hear them anymore. But there was even an incident where someone knocked on someone else's door and we actually opened our door thinking that they were knocking on ours.

Disappointing
Beds were moving and the duvet did not have a full casing making it feel a bit dirty. The worst aspect is that the room is not isolated at all from the corridor or close rooms, and you can hear doors opening and closing at all times.

We are a family of five, and when I booked our stay, I specifically requested two rooms with King beds. The hotel staff assured us several times during check-in that our rooms would have King beds. However, upon entering the room, we found four twin beds instead of the two King beds we requested. I spoke with the hotel staff to ask if a room change was possible, but they informed me that nothing could be done as the manager was not on duty. As a result, my son had to sleep between us on the gap between the two twin mattresses. Terrible experience and arrogant hotel staff.

The room was comfortable and clean,the staff were friendly.
We have made several calls to reception requesting bath robes,slippers,electric pot right after noticing that none of those were initially in our room.
The breakfast was delicious with different versions of pastries and cold snacks. except the fact that hot breakfast dish remained exactly the same within a week during our seven day stay.i was tired eating omlette every day.

Location is great. Enric granados is also a nice street to be on.
I liked the room but it’s strange one with the window only really looking at the hallway. I’m not a fan of the interior room. I have stayed here before but with a room facing out. I don’t mind a room facing into a courtyard or even necessarily an air shaft but this room, because of the angle barely looks into the air shaft and more onto the hallway and it essentially doesn’t give privacy so you have to keep the blinds down.

I made the mistake or not looking carefully at the room I booked. It took me a bit to adjust to a room that didn’t have a window. It felt a bit like being in a closet. This was my fault for not looking carefully when I booked (all that info is written and explained). The staff were kind and the room was a bit dusty but overall clean. I think the room fits the price as Barcelona is expensive. I just wish I had known better when I booked.
