Very Good
Nice location next to several nice restaurants and nightlife. Ideal for people who want to enjoy Barcelona but stay away from Las Ramblas but at the same time close enough.
The room is very small and doesn't do justice to the price they charge.
Bathrooms don't have a lock which can be an issue for some people.

Great location, room was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.
Rooftop bar and pool area was lovely to relax.
Service in the bar was varied - sometimes great, sometimes very slow, but think one of the bar staff must have been new.
Gym area very small.
Probably was a bit on the expensive side for what it was but enjoyed the stay!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast. It was a good location with lots of nice restaurants nearby.
We were very disappointed that on the last night the open top bar was closed to residents due to a private party. We had used it the two earlier nights and had a lovely time and wanted to spend our final evening there. However when we arrived we were told we could not use it (the staff were polite and apologetic). I think as a paying resident you are paying for the facilities and should be able to use them at all times. But if the hotel chooses to allow others there should be signs for residents that warn them it is closed, this was you can make other plans.

The location was great, and the initial aesthetics of the hotel appeared nice but we had a few snags with our stay. Right by restaurants and sights.
The breakfast was lackluster. Room service is non-existent, we tried every day of our stay and the one day we REALLY just needed to eat after getting hung up on by room service 3 times, we ended up going up to the terrace to order and a very nice gentleman helped us out thankfully. The AC in the room did not work very well unfortunately. The room also reeked of sewage which we concluded was coming up from either the toilet or the bathtub drain…not ideal. We also booked a room that appeared much different than the room we ended up in and normally I’m not that much of a stickler on that sort of thing but this was BY FAR the most expensive hotel of our trip and was the worst experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although our original room had an issue with the drains, they handled it promptly and moved us to a new room without any fuss. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself always had a lovely, fresh scent. We also enjoyed a nice view from our window.
The hotel’s facilities were definitely a highlight of our stay. The rooftop view was stunning, and the pool and bar area provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. It truly enhanced our overall experience.
The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed, including a great selection of tapas bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and the metro. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, especially compared to other parts of the city we visited.

Helpful staff and good service, nice roof top terrace, superb location, great A/C. Very clean and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good. Beds and pillows (especially the small ones) are very comfortable.
Interior a bit run down, doesn't quite feel like a 4 star hotel. The walls are very thin, so you'll want to bring ear-plugs if you are a light sleeper. The water in the shower kept overflowing.. I reported it to the staff but the problem wasn't fixed. So I had to stand in murky water to shower, not very nice. The room was very small and the floor plan was strange (bathroom door bumping into the toilet, nowhere to put your shoes, very little storage). The seating at the reception and the bar at the entrance floor was a bit underwhelming. The rooftop bar seems like it's not regularly staffed; we rung the bell but had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come serve drinks.
