Room was nice. Comphy bed and large bathroom. Like the fact you can open a window for fresh air. A absolutely great breakfeast.
Laminate Floor itself was nice but the floor was in need of a cleaning. From the wonderful shower to the bed, My feet were full of hair and blue grey dust :(

The room was really comfy, and the bathroom was on a great level when compared to similarly priced hotels. In addition, the hotel is located within walking distance of lots of attractions. Not even to mention the terrace with a small pool and a bar. Everything was just extra cool. Overall, it gives a really nice possibility to stay in the city for a 1-week visit with great comfort and experience

The room was modern and clean and we especially liked the roof top bar with pool where we had a couple of lunches.

It was super clean. The staff was nice, they allowed me to check in earlier. I really appreciated it. The room is spacious and nice. The location is ideal: there are a lot of cafes nearby.
The elevator didn’t work well, several times we had to climb by ourselves (it was 4th floor, so it wasn’t very comfortable).

The rooftop is very nice, the room was big and comfortable. The front desk is always occupied
One of the two elevators was not working for the whole week we stayed at the hotel, the hotel employees didn't seem to care. When we asked about it we were told that they have no idea.

The location was great, and the initial aesthetics of the hotel appeared nice but we had a few snags with our stay. Right by restaurants and sights.
The breakfast was lackluster. Room service is non-existent, we tried every day of our stay and the one day we REALLY just needed to eat after getting hung up on by room service 3 times, we ended up going up to the terrace to order and a very nice gentleman helped us out thankfully. The AC in the room did not work very well unfortunately. The room also reeked of sewage which we concluded was coming up from either the toilet or the bathtub drain…not ideal. We also booked a room that appeared much different than the room we ended up in and normally I’m not that much of a stickler on that sort of thing but this was BY FAR the most expensive hotel of our trip and was the worst experience.

Great location, modern amenities and rooftop lounge. Surrounded by restaurants and bars so lots of options for eating and entertainment.
Got stuck in elevator for 35 minutes one afternoon. While staff did get it going no one really acknowledged the problem.
