The location was so close to everything… the staff was amazing and the breakie was well worth it!
How about this complaint… the 2 chairs in the room were stained and didn’t meet my wife’s high standards

The location of the hotel. It is close to the train station and within walking distance of landmarks and places. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel lobby is very nice to chill. The beds and pillows were super comfy! The staff was super nice.
The bathroom HVAC made a bit too much noise. Also, they don't have good coffee in the room. They had old-school Nescafé; would have loved a coffee pod machine, especially since we live in 2026... not 2016.

We were able to check in early upon arrival which was an unexpected bonus! Room was clean for the value, big bed a good amount of space too. The property was located by bars and restaurants which were full of locals which we loved, and the tourist areas were a 10-15 minute walk away.

Casa Elliot is in the best centralized location. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Loved being able to have our balcony door open for fresh air every night. With amazing bars and tapas right on the block!

The staff are incredible, the room was absolutely lovely and a great location. Great restaurants and cafes close by and walking distance to all the main attractions. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a birthday Aperol spritz and asked the staff if this was possible. They advised that they don’t have a bar or cocktail making facilities at the hotel but will endeavour to have the drinks in the room for our arrival. The staff made the effort to go to a bar and get Aperol spritz’s and some nuts which were in the room for our arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the excellent staff alone :)
If I HAD to say one thing that I didn’t like (and this is being incredibly picky) there was only one chair in the dining area of the room so one of us had to sit on the bed to have a drink. Absolutely not an issue at all but the only thing I might change.
