Great location, modern and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet and with good quality furniture and facilities
We didn’t really have much to do with them during our stay which was good but they weren’t particularly friendly when coming in and out of hotel other than a hello.

Location was only good
It was noisy. The room had a horrible smell. The bed was not comport able. The locker was not working and the door was not closing. Then I asked to change the room…

For a hotel of this price and 4 stars, it's unacceptable that the heating system is entirely off just because it gets 18 degrees over the day. It was literally cold at nights.

The hotel was well set up to make a city break a successful one. I liked the decor, the breakfasts were the perfect start to the day while the household/cleaning team were doing an exceptional job to keep everything looking meticulous.
The beds were very slightly on the hard side but this was more than compensated by the thick bedding and plump pillows.

The location was perfect, so close to the town center and everything is a few minutes walk. it's also so close to the universitat station that is exactly where the aerobus drops you off as you come from the airport.
I think the bed/mattress could have been a little bit more comfortable. but that's just us being picky as we expected it to be over the top bougie perhaps?
