Central location on Las Ramblas, everything you need in walking distance. Calm, clean and friendly. Can't comment on food and drinks as we ate out during our stay but the pools/spa were welcome after exploring Barcelona all day! I must also add that the reception desk and spa staff were always friendly and helpful which makes any stay more pleasant.
Very little...the lifts have a personality of their own!

The hotel has great staff and an amazing roof top deck/bar/pool. The facility is nicely upscale and located perfectly for walking and exploring.

Breakfast and the roof top and the comfy sitting area in lobby and whatever they Infuse into the air. Should bottle and sell this.
That the grotto and spa was only 1/2 hr bookings.

A Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms and a comfy bed. Fabulous pool to relax in and the lounge is lovely to have a drink and chill.

Repeated stay. Location excellent. Classy though slightly faded. The service used to be very friendly and guests were made to feel special. It feels more business-like. Spa very crowded.
