The check-in felt unprofessional and underwhelming, more like a small guesthouse than a luxury hotel. The room itself was disappointing, lacking basic amenities and comfort you would expect from a property at this level. Even something as simple as hot water required extra effort, which is unacceptable.
Housekeeping was inconsistent and poorly managed. Despite requesting cleaning, the room was not serviced properly, and essential items were not replenished.
The rooftop experience was equally disappointing. The atmosphere, quality of drinks, and overall service did not meet expectations, making it far from an enjoyable setting.
While the location might seem attractive, ongoing construction in the area creates a very unpleasant environment with constant dust and disruption, expected to continue until 2027.
Overall, this hotel does not deliver the experience it promises. I would not recommend it.

Security of the hotel, staff treatment, the bathroom, comfy huge bed, spa access, bag hold after checkout
Room shaking when the underground train goes pass, difficulty to fall asleep, no heads up about the groundworks outside, extremely noisy and couldn't use the balcony, missed litter on housekeeping, confusion on check in with what's included
