The hotel was beautiful! The room was silent and immaculate! The room looked out on a small courtyard. The bed was extremely comfortable! Every member of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! The bathroom was excellent and the shower/bathtub was excellent! The location was perfect! It was a few steps to La Rambla and a short walk to Plaça Catalunya! We were so pleased and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Location, staff, room and all facilities were fantastic at this hotel. We are planning to come back to Barcelona and will definitely book in with this hotel, and tell anyone that asks how lovely this hotel is. The beds were super comfortable and we could walk to loads of main attractions from this location.

Very good hotel in the city center, only few meters from the main street La Rambla. Hotel is very clean, staff is very good. I would recommend this hotel.
Center of Barcelona could be challenging regarding traffic.

The "Deluxe Room" (522) was beautiful with an outside sitting area that was amazing. Unfortunately we only were here three days but it was beautiful at night to go outside and hear the sounds of la RAMBLE and the city.
Room 522 was truly beautiful BUT we could not understand the sounds that were through the walls at night and during the day. It appeared that there was a door leading to a staircase exit next to our room but it also sounded like a subway or elevator was adjacent to our wall and it was loud. In fact, I woke up at 4:00AM since there was commotion in that area and it was disconcerting. I asked the receptionist when we checked out what was the cause of all these sounds and she didn't know. So, a word to the wise about room 522.

The staff were friendly and welcoming! They took our luggage off our hands and safely stored it so we could start exploring. The hotel has an amazing rooftop and an even more amazing and luxurious spa with pool and sauna. There’s a cozy and delicious paella restaurant around the corner recommended by the staff—it was both delicious and a great deal. The hotel is centrally located but private and quiet.
The signature scent in the lobby was a little pungent but we didn’t spend much time in the lobby, so no biggie. Everything else exceeded expectations.
