We loved our room, big and beautiful balcony. We were sorry to only be staying one night. shame la Ramblas is a construction site (no fault of the hotel)

Great location well preserved building.
Unfortunately, La Rambla is undergoing major construction work to renew the underground pipework. The works extend from one end of the famous shopping strip to the other.

Nice big comfy bed and great rooftop bar. Lovely and clean. Really appreciated the complimentary breakfast on one day.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were spacious. Excellent location.
Someone walked into our room while we were sleeping in the morning. They had a key and had been assigned to our room. After my husband went to talk to them to find out what mistake was made still they called the room and told our children to get out because they were in the wrong room. Very strange experience that ruined our stay with them. They did give us breakfast as an apology. Breakfast was nice. If not for the room issue and attitude about it the stay would have been 5 stars. The rest of the staff was fantastic.
