Wonderful
Loved the vibe of the lobby with the plentiful seating, also enjoyed the evening complimentary snacks in the lobby. Rooms were modern and comfortable
Enjoyed the spa but booking was a pain and staff were a little rude if you weren’t there right on time

The hotel was perfect- brilliant location- beautiful rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Sam who checked us in. The breakfast was super and the staff at the reception were also helpful. The bar man in the evening was excellent and informative.

Location and super comfy bed and delicious breakfast, parking below offering security
Being above underground train that starts at 04.46 in the morning making the windows rattle
Our room was a bit tired with cracked tile and wall paper peeling old fashioned kettle with Nescafé instant coffee
They offer an inside pool that you can only book for thirty minutes!

Old furniture and bathrooms, horrible smell in common parts trying to probably mask the smell of damp, which was very strong when entering the spa floor.

Hotel is very nicely decorated and maintained well. From the pictures I worried if it might feel a bit worn out, but that was entirely unwarranted. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax and read and take in wonderful views of the city. The breakfast was also really good, though we did begin to tire of it after a week.
Our only real complaint is with regards to the spa. The facility was beautiful, but they didnt always manage the flow of people particularly well and often there were a number of children in the spa causing a certain degree of chaos. I suspect this problem was amplified with it being the winter and the terrace pool being closed. We opted not to pay for treatments in the spa (which were quite pricey) and visit an alternative facility in the area due to the lack of serenity in the spa.

Location is good.
The service staff at Breakfast is good.
Gym is good.
1- But there should be some indicators to reach the hotel from the Bus Station of A1 and A2.For tourist difficult to find if they do not have internet?
2-When i arrived it was Raining and i get wet and there was no service provided to me to Dry my Coat and clothes.
3- The staff at Reception is very Loud.
4-Rooms are having Fungus at various places.
5-The crockery is having Cracked. which was in room.
6-The Hot water was not available in Bath room. You have to wait long for it when you open up the tap and during washing of hands to hot water vanish? Even i have called the staff to fix the issue but it does not work and i have to take shower with cold water . which is not acceptable at all.
7-Rooms are very noisy too.
8-The services do not have match to the value for money.
