Great location in the very heart of Barcelona, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Stylish interior and a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and we received a lovely birthday surprise once they found out — a bottle of champagne and a delicious cake, which made the occasion even more special. Overall, a great place to stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable large bed, good decor, great location, good hair dryer, superb toiletries
A bit difficult to find, some previous flooding in bathroom, noise in early hours, sticking bathroom door, but didn’t spoil the experience

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with all the main attractions easily reachable on foot. We found several great restaurants just around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the hotel itself is overall very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay.
Rooms located near the elevator are not well soundproofed. Noise from the corridor, including conversations of people passing by, can be heard through the door. Also, the breakfast coffee machine was not able to prepare cappuccino.

This was a last-minute booking - normally I do weeks of research reading up on hotels, walkability of the location, amenities. The hotel has a beautiful lobby bar, a gorgeous view from the rooftop bar, and the soaking pool and sauna were amazing. Our room had a terrace that was also just extraordinary. 12 out of 10.

The aroma that greets you upon entering the lobby is incredibly delightful, and the design and color scheme of the hotel are very elegant.
The water from the sink faucet is too weak.The bathtub faucet is too complicated and not easy to control.

Great staff. Great service. Thank you for getting us the room early so we could sleep for a few hours after traveling for so long. The basket of fruit was a great surprise; thank you.
The drilling noise outside our room. We were on the Ramblas side of the hotel. Nothing you could do about it...city just needs to finish up already.

The rooftop pool and terrace was such a highlight of the hotel. It was a great relaxing spot to enjoy the sun and grab a bite to eat. It was also open at night til midnight and was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city and the rooftop had great views of the city. The spa also was AMAZING!! The complementary 30 minutes each day was a great added bonus to relax after a long day.
I thought our room could have been a little more updated.
