The best hotel i have ever stayed in. Exceptionally kind, clean, and the underground spa is not to be missed the spa is wonderful, incredible massages. The rooftop bar is calm and peaceful and just incredible views. From the top to the bottom a truly outstanding stay!

The location was good, very central. Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant.
There is a lot of construction going on all around the hotel causing dust and noise. Not the hotel's fault but something to bear in mind when booking a hotel in Barcelona. Our rooms were just above 3 restaurant/bars and it was very noisy until late at night. Lots of music & singing.

THE A/C BROKE THE SECOND NIGHT I WAS THERE. THERE WAS CONSTUCTION AND THEY NEVER TOLD US. I COULDN'T EVEN OPEN THE WINDOWS BECAUSE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION AND NOISE TILL 3:OO AM .

Very disappointing experience My business partner arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and was immediately told he had to check out by 11 AM. We requested a large bed but received two small separate beds. The bathroom was particularly concerning: water accumulated on the floor during the shower, making it extremely slippery. He actually slipped and hurt himself, thankfully without serious injury. There was also construction work next to the hotel, making the stay far from relaxing. Finally, at check-out, he was told the payment had not gone through and was asked to pay again and recover the first payment from his bank. The reception staff could also be more flexible and understanding, especially when dealing with guests arriving late due to circumstances beyond their control. Hospitality should feel human and welcoming, not rigid and robotic. Overall, far below what we expected from a hotel of this category and reputation. Very disappointing.
