I had a great time not only going out at night but also staying in at the hostel. Everyone was really kind and willing to help me if I needed anything. The staff was amazing specially Carol and Bel.

It would have been good if there was an extra toilet on each level.

It’s an awesome place.
We were two friends slightly above the age here, but loved every bit of pur stay.
First, comms with them prior to arrival was unbelievably prompt.
The place itself is very clean, with hot showers, good wifi, great kitchen.
They organize a ton of stuff but it’s up to you if you want to join - we didn’t have time.
I was surprised how quiet the place was!
Location wise it was great - 2 subway stations, 40 mins on foot to the city centre, lots of shops, restaurants, cafes.
We had a private room and it was cool! Good aircon, lots of power outlets, enough space for 2 big suitcases (under the beds).
The staff was always helpful, very positive but professional.

Bel, the receptionist, was super friendly and helpful. We chatted about climbing and they got me the last spot of free dinner. I was tired so I didn’t join in with the partying before clubbing and it was alright. I had my shower and went to bed. Only got up because my roommate was snoring loudly.
The pillow can be a better

Close to sants which makes transport easy even thought is not that close to the center but still, has 2 big stores close, and even smaller markets with a big local market 10 minutes walking from there. Clean and a fully functional kitchen, the staff was lovely and would rotate making dinner for people.
Maybe not the best option if you dont vibe with a party hostel but thats just a personal thing and not their fault.

The hostel provides free dinners every night, day plans and tours, drinking games and free entries to clubs, which I hasn’t aware when I booked and surprised me for the positive! I couldn’t join the going out plans because I had an early flight in the morning, but I slept very good, the bed was comfortable and private due to the curtain, and you couldn’t hear the party downstairs so It was quiet. The staff was very nice and welcoming

I really liked the friendly atmosphere, the helpful staff, and how easy it was to meet new people. The location was also very convenient, with good transport links and shops nearby.
The rooms were a bit small, and it could get a little noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Everything was according to my expectations, with this brand of hostels it's always a good stay in the city. The beds are comfy, no problems with the lockers, this exact hostel just has a toilet and a shower divided in different rooms and has only a pair for every floor - which sometimes forced me to wait my turn. Other than that - I met some amazing people too.
Not having many problems, everything was fine.

The vibe here is great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here, even if I didn’t hang out too much at the location. I love that there is a tour available every day. Super easy to get to on the metro from the airport.

Staff very friendly, especially Lucas do the check-in for me.. all my request he take note.. and for every guest they given wrist band for proof you staying there.. when next day i came back from outside and i didn’t wear and staff came ask me show the wrist band (friendly attitude) mean the staff very responsibility and safety for guest who staying the hostel. They had many event and everyday they had free dinner(cook by staff) but all event i didn’t join
