I liked how personnel behave (Mr Elliot from the reception from France made a good impression and want to thank him, amazing work!).
Hostel was clean, the bed confortable, common area was nice, overall great stay, close to Sants station

Best hostel experience ever. Very social and 3+ evnts every day comeletely for free.
Also, Elliot is a fantastic guy, he checked us in and gave all the necessary info and was so friendly! Great bar crawl guide as well.

Location, facilities, comfy bed, the welcome and the family meal,
As a guest over 50 I was made to feel more than welcome, from all the staff but especially from Belle, from check in to leaving she made sure my stay was the best it could be.

The best thing I liked about onefam Sants is the happy environment and the people there! Especially Laurie! She was so nice and welcoming to us.

Loved my stay at Onefam Sants; all of the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating!
Definitely recommend doing the planned events, another guest and I participated in a Onefam picnic next to Arc de Triomf and Laurie (one of the staff) made it so much fun!!

Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay. It exceeded all our expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and the staff, especially Bel, was amazing, always ready to help and guide us. The hostel has a great youthful vibe with fun activities and guided tours in English for just €1! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We had an incredible time.
