The hotel has nice and modern furniture: The rooms are not large but they are very comfortable and have everything one needs, even a practical desk for work with a computer. It is rated with two stars but I felt like in a three star hotel.
Bed could be a little bit larger. Noise spreads quite easily through the hotel and so you might want to wear some ear protection. However, everything was very good overall.

Upon entering the room after check-in, three strands of hair were found on one of the beds, and the bedsheet was visibly wrinkled. This clearly indicates that the bed linens had not been changed prior to our arrival. Such conditions are incompatible with basic hygiene standards and with the expectations created at the time of booking.

The location is excellent, and the room is clean and tidy, although the space is very small.
It was quite cold in the room when we arrived, and since we arrived very late in the evening, we had to wait a long time for it to warm up.

It has a good location and has super helpful staff
We specifically asked for a double bed but were given two single beds. It was incredibly uncomfortable. If it wasn't available, then it shouldn't be hard to say it or cancel the booking so that we can book from somewhere else. That's a deal breaker. The room is ridiculously small. I don't think that was for 2 people. Well, 2 single beds don't help the space either. There weren't any personal care products in the room other than shower gel. I understand it's not an otel but a hostel, but it costs as much as, if not more, the otels nearby. They might as well supply a proper shampoo for its price as it wouldn't cost more than 50 cents

The hostal was quiet and clean and is in a great touristic location. The staff helped me get a taxi for a very early morning flight, which I appreciated.
They do not allow bicycles in the rooms (which is understandable, given the size of the rooms) and, according to their website, they have bike storage at reception. What that meant was having to pay an undisclosed additional bike fee and being forced to leave the bike unsecured (i.e. not locked to anything) in either the common room or under the stairs right outside the doors to the elevator, both spaces that anyone waking through the facility has access to. Staff was not flexible or accommodating about more secure options, so I would not recommend this hostal if traveling by bicycle.
